We bought and sold with them (both in Mission Viejo) and have been impressed with both of them through the entire process. Of course, there were some challenges along the way (not their fault) but they walked us through the entire process with due diligence. Communication was never an issue and they were almost one step ahead especially through the selling process which became a little involved though no fault of buyers. Just talk to them in depth about your needs/ goals, then sit back and let these pros take it from there.

We don’t know if we will ever buy or sell another house but if we do, Diana has earned our loyalty and business for life. If we ever do go through another real estate transaction, either as a buyer or a seller, Diana is the only person we would consider to represent us. We cannot overstate how thankful we are that we met Diana. Real estate agents have a fiduciary duty to act on their clients’ behalf. You will not find an agent who takes this duty more seriously than Diana. She was tenacious on our behalf. Very patient with us and not at all pushy. She is energetic, engaging, and likable and made us feel like we were in this together. We met Diana during the strongest seller’s market imaginable; the insane housing market of 2021. Our home search was not easy. We had certain specific family needs that narrowed our options. The competition among buyers in 2021/2022 made it nearly impossible. Diana took us to see so many homes and never tired of us. Together, we would compile a list of available homes for each outing. Diana scheduled all of the appointments, mapped out the most efficient routes, and made adjustments on the fly as needed. We could tell that she really enjoys her work. We managed to get offers accepted and started escrow twice only to end up having to cancel out. We felt awful about it but Diana remained poised and was extremely gracious both times. Diana followed through on everything, from the most significant to the most trivial. She even followed up on things that we had forgotten about or mentioned just in passing, like “I wonder if …”. She took mental and written notes on everything and often had answers for us the very next day. Diana has an eye for design and a mind for finding solutions. When she spotted issues with a property, she pointed them out and did not try to ignore or hide them. She made sure that we were aware and fully informed. Diana guided us throughout our entire journey but never pressured us and always empowered us to make our own decisions. She was there for all of the inspections, advised us the whole way through, never got stressed out even though we gave her plenty of things to stress out about. We ended up finding our home in 2022. Diana found us the home before it was even listed. What an incredible agent! Diana is EXCELLENT at negotiating. She is assertive, tough, and experienced well beyond her years. She often says it’s not about the money, it’s about finding the right home. Many agents will say the same thing but when Diana says it, she is sincere. From Day 1, we thought Diana was too good to be true. And all along our journey, she continued to exceed our expectations. There were so many times when we just shook our heads in disbelief at the amazing level of service and attention that Diana gave us. We still can’t believe it. And it is very comforting to know that she will always be there for us even though our home search has finally ended. Diana’s passion and personality are a perfect match for her career as a real estate agent. Of course, we are her clients but more importantly, we became friends. We had only known Diana for about two months before we knew that we had a new life-long friend. She was always available for any questions we had throughout the process, even on her birthday! She had a lot of patience to explain everything to us and ensure we were at ease and comfortable with everything. She was very flexible with her time and made herself available to show us properties quickly. Once we found the home we wanted she worked hard to build a relationship with the listing agent and even after our offer got accepted she continued to negotiate in our best interest. Because of her negotiation skills we walked into our new home with $15K in equity which is rare in the current market. She even did extra things such as getting us the utility bill history on the house to ease our concern about utility costs for a pool home and sending us pictures of ideas for a remodel idea we had shared with her. In my case, I was moving to California as part of military orders on a 45 day notice. I connected with Kollin through a friend who had recommended him. Within the first two weeks, Kollin explained the homebuying process, got me preapproved for a VA loan through one of his partner lenders, Austin Dimmler at Brighter Lending, and started looking for homes. Adding complexity to an already rushed timeline, every aspect of this process was remote. Kollin and his wife went to each house on the list I had sent him and curated videos along with live walk throughs of each house. As soon as I picked a home, Kollin sent over all the documents electronically for me to sign. Throughout escrow, Kollin and his partner lender were always open to phone calls for every document I did not understand. Total time in escrow was only 25 days. Experiencia fantástica: When my husband and I decided to sell our house we were pretty sure we could handle everything ourselves (listing, pictures, marketing, handling open house and private viewings). God were we wrong. Not in this market, which had become softer at our price point: Our stress level was growing with every open house that brought no offers. So when it was time to finally hire an agent we interviewed a few. We were hesitant to hire an agent who wouldn’t deliver fast since we already lost quite some time trying to sell the house on our own. Every agent had his/her own opinion on how to proceed in our situation (the house was on the market for about a month already). Experiencia fantástica: Kollin came highly recommended to me after some disappointing experiences with other agents. I have to say Kollin repeatedly went above and beyond my expectations. Kollin is very knowledgeable on the market trends and had really good insight on different areas (which would appreciate faster, which would plateau, etc) in Southern California. The market was really hot at the time and even average homes were not lasting more than a week on the market after being listed. I travel a lot for work, so Kollin made himself available after hours to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. He would also review the list of properties I liked and send me similar properties that I may have overlooked. If there was an issue, I'd call or text Kollin and within thirty minutes or less he would have an answer for me!! This was definitely one of those experiences where I felt I could just relax and let the expert (Kollin) take care of everything.
