Legacy Property Management California

Experiencia negativa: Very disrespectful nice at first but after they don’t care

Experiencia fantástica: I am very impressed with Legacy Propery Management services. They found a great tenant for me very quickly and have been on top of all issues that the tenant had specially early on since I had remodeled my place. Wayne the owner is an extremely friendly and professional person and understands everything from both an owner and a tenants perspective and addresses all of them efficiently. Highly recommend this company to manage your property.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m pleased to recommend Wayne Change as a reliable and responsive property manager. Throughout our time working together, I’ve been consistently impressed by his promptness in returning calls and following up on tasks. His communication is clear and timely, and he ensures that any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. It’s been a relief to know that my property is in such capable hands, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Since Legacy Property Management took over managing our house rental in Coto de Caza this year, we have breathed easy. Steve and Wayne answered every one of our questions without delay, found us amazing tenants, and took care of every detail to ensure a smooth transition from one tenant to another. They have been professional, caring, and efficient in the entire process. We could not be happier with their service. They truly take a weight off the shoulders! I highly recommend them for any and all of your rental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Good conversation

Experiencia fantástica: Things are going well with my four (4) long term rental properties. Everything is on cruise control now and I am not bothered by renters any more. I like it when things work out. Everything is good.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a pleasure meeting Steven. He was very caring did a great job.

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy is an outstanding property management company. The owner, Wayne, is a pleasure to work with and very responsive when we have any maintenance or other needs. The Project Manager, Brian, is great too and often times will be at our home the same day of submitting a request for minor repairs etc. As a tenant, I highly recommend finding a property managed by Legacy. You will be very pleased!

Experiencia fantástica: Wayne and his crew were amazing and were so detailed in their interaction with me. I leased a property for the first time since my divorce - I was nervous and a little intimidated at the process. They made me feel so comfortable and the process was seamless. They were always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. I will definitely use them in the future and have recommended several friends to their company. Thank you Wayne! 5 star service for sure!

Experiencia negativa: I would be extremely wary of this company. I would not be surprised if all, if not most, of the reviews are apocryphal. Property management companies are notoriously devious, and this one is no exception.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working with Legacy Property Management for about 1 year now as they have been helping to manage my condo rental. Overall, I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided. Truthfully, I had never rented my home before and was unsure what would be required or involved. Luckily, Legacy Property Management came thru in every way and has made the entire process seamless for me. Both Steve and Wayne have been extremely attentive and very professional. From the very first day, Steve was super helpful and answered all my questions as well as walked me thru the entire rental process. He was the only management company that offered to meet in person as the rest that I had called wanted to give me "estimates" over the phone without having ever seen my home. Steve was very personable and was someone I felt very comfortable chatting with. Afterward, I've been very fortunate to work directly with Wayne who has been fantastic. He is a professional and very knowledgeable and you can tell he has many years experience in this industry. He promptly answers my email concerns / questions. He has been on top of my tenants requests and reaches out to me when only absolutely necessary. Otherwise the entire process has been hands off which is exactly what I wanted. Now that the 1st year is almost done, he's been proactive on the renewal process and provided his professional recommendation on next steps. Also I have to add that Wayne made the tax season easy for me and provided all the necessary documents promptly. I highly recommend Legacy Property Management to manage your home rental!

Experiencia fantástica: We have been well-served and very pleased with the personal service we have received from Legacy. They've provided wise advice, and they have developed a great rapport with our tenants. Whenever we reach out to Legacy, they respond in a timely matter, and they follow through with everything they say they are going to do. Great property management company - with a personal touch - which is rare these days.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had an excellent experience working with Legacy. From the minute I looked at one of their properties they were professional and very easy to work with. And every step of the way they have quickly assisted me with anything I needed. I would highly recommend their services!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience with Wayne and his team at Legacy! It’s been one year! He is on top of everything and will let you truly relax. I highly appreciate his professionalism, thoughtfulness and the excellent work ethic. Choosing Legacy will put you in good hands!

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy property management offers extremely professional services. It has been quite a refreshing experience working with Wayne Chang. His responsiveness and ability to handle any issue that arises, is above and beyond.

Experiencia fantástica: Wayne and his team have managed property for my family and I for a decade without a hitch. They've found long-lasting, quality, caring tenants, been in clear communication throughout every facet of all processes - readying the property, listing, showing, applications, move in/out, repairs, on-time rent, security deposit management - you name it. Speed and quality through and through from a sensible, reasonable leader and team to match. Sometimes I think "it's too quiet, something has to go wrong" and it doesn't. Thank you, Legacy. We're grateful to have you in our corner

Experiencia fantástica: I was nervous to rent my condo in Lake Forest, CA but I did my research and found Wayne and Steve at Legacy Property Management. They found a tenant within 2 weeks at the rate that I thought was fair. Communication is a breeze as they are always quick to respond to any of my questions. All the terms of our agreement were very clear and they have been very great to work with over the past year. Knowing that they already managed units in my complex was especially reassuring. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy has done a great job of helping us feel like home owners while renting one of their properties. We have always been responded to quickly when we have questions or repair issues. Great job!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Service and a Quality placement at little effort on my part. Will continue to support this company

Experiencia fantástica: I'm very pleased with Wayne Chang and his crew at Legacy Property Management! I live out of the area. Management of my rental has been so easy with this group. If an issue arises, Wayne confers with me and is able to handle it quickly. Bravo Legacy and thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Wayne helped us with two prior real estate transactions and he made the process so easy. It was an easy decision for us to use Legacy Property Management when we decided to rent out our home. The experience was professional and seamless. Wayne and his team quickly found an excellent tenant for us and his team also helped us with some needed repairs to the house. A special shout out to Brian who handles the repairs and got our house ready to rent. He made our stressful move out of state so much easier. Thanks Brian!!! We highly recommend Wayne and his team at Legacy Property Management.

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Legacy Property Management is kind, professional, and responsive. It's been a pleasure renting from them.

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy is easy to work with, and move in was quick and smooth! They communicated well throughout the process on anything else needed, and answers on acceptance and move in day were a breeze! Great guys!

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and prompt service, with a personal touch. Really glad we chose Wayne and Legacy Property Management to manage our condominium in South OC. We needed help and went to the right place.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never had a property manager as great as Wayne Chang!! He is fantastic!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've had rentals for years and the best Property Mgmt company headed by Wayne Chang has been the best. I've been working with him since 2019 and it's been an excellent experience. He found a new tenant during the first couple weeks of Covid when I thought I'd have a long vacancy. He's immediately responsive and most importantly found a great tenant.

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy was recommended to me by a friend and they have been absolutely great to work with. This was our first time renting out our place, Wayne and his team did an excellent job answering all of our questions and going over the responsibilities of the property management team, the tenant and us as the owners. Wayne was able to find us a solid tenant in the middle of the quarantine taking care to find someone who could afford the rent and pay on time, which is a big relief. Legacy also has a great network of handimen to address repairs and general up keep of the property and so far the cost for such has been quite reasonable and fair. Legacy also has a great organized billing and payment site where you can look at your statements and all the transactions related to your property, which is very helpful when doing your taxes. Bottom line Wayne and his team at Legacy are awesome very professional and trustworthy and they will find you a solid tenant!

Experiencia fantástica: Wayne is the property manager for my condo. He is very professional. I have online access to all data such as rent collected, tenant information, expenses, etc. I was particularly impressed with how he handled a leak issue that the neighbor was complaining about. He went on premises multiple times, talked to the neighbors, got a plumber to fix the issue, and supervised the whole process. Definitely recommend his services

Experiencia fantástica: Wayne helped us find a reliable tenant more than 2 years ago and we never had any problems with the tenants. We had a water leak event one time and Wayne was able to communicate that to us immediately and act fast on solving that problem. Legacy property may charge a slight higher fee but we find their service is a good value especially when we are out of state now.

Experiencia fantástica: None better. Integrity, highly responsive, professional and has standards beyond the rest -- in procuring occupants and dealing with all the details. Give Legacy a call, you won't regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy Property Management have been attentive with our rental since day one. Their website is quick and easy to use, and anytime I have an issue Wayne is on it. He always follows up to confirm the issue has been resolved.

Experiencia fantástica: Wayne is very responsive and answers our questions timely. He is also very professional and a valuable help for us.

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Wayne @ Legacy Property Management has been an absolute pleasure. The communication is always professional, responsive and precise. There had been zero problems working with LPM, and I would recommend LPM for any property management needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Wayne and the Team over at Legacy has been awesome to work with. We highly recommend them! Leonard D

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy Property has been an amazing management company to work with. I rest knowing that our complex is in good and capable hands. Wayne is attentive, thorough and addresses all concerns promptly and professionally. He has kept me abreast with all concerns regarding tenants and maintenance issues. I highly recommend this management company to anyone who is looking.

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy Property Management is responsive and provides tenants with advance notices by phone, text, or email. I appreciate the ease of communication as they follow up or they take the proactive approach when dealing with any property situation.

Experiencia fantástica: When I first contacted Wayne, I wasn't in California and wouldn't be back for over a month. I was worried about how the whole process would go. 8-months later, I haven't had to lift a finger to deal with my property, and the rent magically appears in my account and on time. Time and effort are money, and Wayne's services have been priceless. I highly recommend him, especially if you are a person who can't give up control. And FYI, I am that person.

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy Property Management is a reliable company you can trust. I have been working with Wayne for years and he have done a great job! I always feel my property is in good hands and I would recommend their service to any one.

Experiencia fantástica: Our experience with Wayne at Legacy Property Management has been superb. For our higher end home we did not want to go with a property management company that has lower-level people fielding calls, arranging repairs, etc. With Wayne’s model we get personal attention from him that is highly professional. He has earned our full confidence in every aspect of the process. Very highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Wayne has always been helpful, friendly and professional in his handling of issues. He is one of the best property managers that I have had the pleasure to work with. One example that I appreciated in 2020 was when he coordinated and permanently resolved a major plumbing problem that involved a full day of dismantling a portion of the deck, digging up a section of large piping that roots had broken into, replacing the section and putting it all back together. The team that he hired even provided pictures of the problem to help me understand exactly the cause. I am happy to continue working with him and his company and highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Renting in Irvine via Legacy Property Management for the last 3+ years. Really professional, always responsive. Highly recommended for property owners.

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy Property Management is wonderful. Wayne is very professional and responsive. He is very clear and helpful with any questions you may have. He has made it very comfortable for me moving out for the first time and I hope to continue using Legacy Property Management!

Experiencia fantástica: Nothing but great things to say about Wayne and everyone at Legacy! The entire staff is extremely professional and has been very responsive to every single one of our needs. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure all parties are happy/satisfied.

Experiencia fantástica: Wayne is very responsive and always helpful. Legacy is a breeze to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: I've lived at a Legacy property for almost one year now (just renewed for a second year) and have found Wayne and his team to be incredibly responsive and professional as a property manager. Hands down the best I've experienced.

Experiencia fantástica: Ever since Legacy Property Management took over our complex, we have had nothing but amazing and professional services. Wayne and his team are quick to respond to any issues, big or small. I wish all management companies cared about their tenants like Legacy does. Thank you Legacy!!

Experiencia fantástica: We recently moved into our new place managed by legacy. Prior to us living here it sat empty for a number of years. Because of that there were more “issues” then you would find ordinarily. That obviously has nothing to do with the management company. With all our issues Legacy we very professionally and prompt to respond. We had a hot water problem in our shower and Wayne was sure to respond even on the weekend which impressed me. They have been very reasonable and pleasant to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: Wayne at Legacy Property Management has always been extremely professional and prompt with responding to his emails. I’m a renter and feel very at ease and safe in one of the properties he manages. He is very knowledgeable and he has never left me without answers. I highly recommend using Legacy and Wayne!!

Experiencia fantástica: Legacy took over management of the property where I live almost 2 years ago. In that time, I have found Wayne to be friendly, respectful & responsive to the needs of the tenants here. I've experienced many property managers in my life and he is one of the best.
