Experiencia fantástica: We sold our home to this company at the beginning of May. We received a little less money than I thought the house was actually worth. But all in all they did work with us to give us as much time as we needed which we took just about a year before we were ready to go anywhere. The process was very simple. We could leave what we wanted we could take what we wanted so we did. Rachel was very kind and very helpful during the whole process. The only thing I would caution you about is they do say that they do cover all of the expenses. And there was one expense that we had to go back and question them about. They did cover everything in the end. But in the beginning, they tried to wiggle out. So just keep an eye on that if you decide to use Suffolk House Buyers.

Moving is stressful enough, I lived in my house for 40 yrs and was moving to another state, SCHB made it so easy. They kept their word and all they promised. They worked with me throughout the process. The people who came to my home were courteous and professional. There was no rush to get me out, I was able to choose the closing date. Experiencia fantástica: I would strongly recommend Suffolk County House buyers and Jeremiah Dalton the owner. When it came time for me to sell my mother‘s home in Stony Brook, I quickly realized it was not gonna be a simple sale. With a house that needed complete updating from kitchen to baths I was not in a position to move forward with a total renovation. Suffolk County House Buyers came in and they negotiated a fair offer and we were able to close the deal in three weeks …all cash, with no real estate commissions. The whole process was hassle free.
