Experiencia fantástica: Keeping this review short will be challenging because there is a very long list of the reasons we loved working with Tanya Brandes. The first time we met her was at a local restaurant where she was out to dinner with a client. The client raved about how amazing she was as an agent and as a human and I made sure I left that encounter with her contact information four years ago, not knowing I would have any intention of selling my house at that point; but I knew that if I was ever in need, she would be my phone call. When we decided to sell our house and transition our lives to another state, we called Tanya and we honestly never interviewed anyone else. She is incredible as an agent and as a human. Her patience is endless. She is a fierce negotiator and genuine advocate. Tanya listens intently to what is important to you and develops a plan that specifically suits you and the sale of your home. She managed and exceeded our expectations. I will always recommend her and deeply appreciate her.

He was straight forward when answering questions or concerns, was knowledgable about Comps in the area and worked with us to get the price we needed while advising us of properties in the area and what they were selling for. Even when revisiting our strategy Salvatore Di Puma came prepared with additional information to back up his suggestions and explanations as to why. Salvatore Di Puma was accessable to us to answer all our questions and concerns even late into the evening and weekends, and was in constant communication with us. He made the process as stress-free as paoosible and even when there were delays, Salvatore Di Puma kept us calm and reassured us that everything will work out and be okay. We would recommend Salvatore Di Puma, and Exit Realty, to friends and family as we had a very positive experience. Thanks Salvatore Di Puma for a job well done! Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience with this branch. I was speaking to one of there agents trying to schedule a showing for a home. The agent from the start was very rude and condescending towards me which in a client facing role I find super disrespectful. I ignored that and proceeded trying to get an appointment. After speaking on the phone trying to get a few questions answered I was told that I would need to provide photo ID and a selfie with said ID prior to the showing. This was new to me as in all the other showings I recently went to it was never required. I told the agent I was uncomfortable with sharing my identity a physical government issued document to a random stranger over text and she was quick to write me off and basically told me well sorry thats too bad then. I asked a few other agents and looked online and found it is not a requirement however some branches do sometimes require it but this one stated it did not so I am still a bit confused. Nonetheless I am disappointed on how I was spoken to and im finding more of this behavior recently which for the life of me I cannot understand as if you want to gain someone's business the least you can do is be nice. I dont generally write reviews but this one needed to be escalated. I'll be expecting a response from the owner shortly which will likely consist of them defending said agent and listing a bunch of BS policies and regulations which im not falling for. I hope the agent starts to treat clients better as it really was not a nice experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

At this point, he feels like so much more than our real estate agent — he’s someone we truly trust and are grateful to have in our corner. Ed is incredibly compassionate, patient, reliable, and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to listen, answer our questions, and make sure we feel comfortable with every decision. Selling a home can be emotional and stressful, but Ed has a way of making the entire process feel manageable because we know he genuinely cares about us and wants what’s best for our family. Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars I would. The realtor Shazia Khwaja lied to me as well as her husband. Prior to buy this home from her husband they have tried to hide multiple things. It has been more of a nightmare since. They tried to seek the house without telling us that the basement had no co. My husband and my lawyer found out. I could go on for days about the lies, mistrust at the hands of this woman who works for this real estate company.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I cannot begin to express how Mr. Lewis has helped our family both sell and buy a new home. Our daughter is going through a difficult divorce and wanted to sell her home because they could no longer could afford the upkeep. Her husband was difficult throughout the process. This was the case until John entered the picture. He became the 'voice of reason' and through a bit of cajoling and reasonable arguments, he convinced my daughter's husband that it was in their best interest to sell their home. This was not an easy task, to say the least. Somehow, John was able to 'make it happen'. After one showing and a very successful 'Open House', many offers poured in. John was able to negotiate a fair price for the sale of their home. Within a very short period of time, John was also able to find her a condo, and, once again, negotiate a fair price for a lovely condo in a gated community. He was a life saver and she now has a home where her little family can get a fresh start. John is a expert negotiator and he knows how to move people in positive directions most beneficial to them. We can only reemphasize that our daughter's situation was dire. Without John's help it looked like she would never get out of a bad situation. He is our hero. It was not easy to deal with the husband and wife separately and make everyone happy, but John DID. He was always available to ease her fears and frustrations and guide her down the right path (and us too!) This is not the first time we have had to deal with realitors - selling an in-law's home, selling our home and buying our present home. Before Jeff, I had worked with three other "VERY" well known real estate agencies local in the area and they made our house hunting experience awful. So awful, that they never even took the time to listen and hear what we wanted in a home. It seemed that we would look at houses that interested them and not us, there was never any attempt of negotiations. It was so bad that all of them told me that I would not find a home, instead I would need to save up more because there was absolutely nothing out there for us. (By the way they only showed us homes from their company listings.) Hope was down for my wife and I, we were ready to quit, then came Jeff . Jeff came to visit us and listen to what we wanted in a home, the price on a home that we were able to afford, basically we wanted someone that could negotiate for us and not for themselves. Jeff did an excellent job, he made a list of homes that matched our needs, he was very precise and knowledgeable in the area, very patient and easy to communicate with and his negotiation skills were on point and working at all times, for us!!!!!! Experiencia fantástica: I was disappointed in my 2 month search for a new apartment with realtors who all seemed to have the same character flaws. If they weren't ignoring our calls, they were dressed unprofessional, late to showings, uncaring or they were trying to push properties on us that didn't fit our requirements. I was starting to believe I would never find a new property until I met Kendra Demostene at Exit Realty Achieve and right away we could tell there was something different about her. She was courteous, energetic, thoughtful, polite and get this... she actually looked like a realtor!! She actually LISTENED (which I was beginning to believe was a lost art) when I explained to her that I wanted to stay within a certain price range! She didn't try the typical realtor trick of showing me something really nice out of my price range in hopes that I would accept that actually happened to us twice before. In other words she didn't waste my time or hers which is commendable. She also did something that I'll bet the kitchen sink that none of her previous comrades would have ever even considered. She trekked all the way to Brooklyn from Long Island in a massive snowstorm to show us a listing! I couldn't believe it. She impressed me time and time again over the short 2 week period that we had the privilege of enjoying. Her hard work paid off for all parties involved she found us a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment that exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more thankful. She must've been the product of divine intervention. If that's so, and God really sent an angel to save us from the real estate abyss, let me just say God I owe you one!! For future endeavors there is no doubt in my mind who the right realtor is for the job!! If all your agents conduct themselves with the class, dignity and professionalism that Kendra Demosthene did then Exit Realty Achieve is a force to be reckoned with!! After she looked at the "competition" she let us know what she should do to make our house stand out, and we did it. The offer we accepted came in very soon afterward, and we sold our house for the highest price of the same style home. Needless to say, we were very happy. She always kept us up-to-date on what was happening, made several trips to the house and to our attorney... whatever it took to expedite the closing. It went like clockwork. Experiencia negativa: They wanted me to sign a buyers agreement to give 3% even though they are getting commission. (ex) if the agent gets only 2% for the commission you owe1% which can be huge depending on the house. stay clear from this place. No time for games I dumped them too.
