Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to JulieRae by my friend of over 30 years who is also I real estate agent in Las Vegas. I started talking to JulieRae about one year ago. I was interested in going through the process of qualifying for a home loan but wasn’t ready to make the plunge into homeownership. JulieRae was warm and friendly. Full of enthusiasm that we didn’t seem to have at the time. The thing that I like best about JulieRae is that she was patient with us. She encouraged us to drive by and look at areas that we would be interested in, but it was a few months before we did that. We seemed like we had all the time in the world as we were renters with cheap rent. We were waiting for the market to get better which didn’t seem to happen. All along, JulieRae didn’t leave our side. She still encouraged us to look and really find something because the real estate market was going to go down like we predicted (secretly hoped). Fast forward to January of 2022, we were given a 60-day eviction notice by the new owners. They evicted everyone in our apartment complex. Everything changed. JulieRae was one of the first ones I called to let her know what happened. She was very positive yet still when it seemed like our world was caving in. She helped us with some resources with finding an apartment but encouraged us to seize this opportunity to find a home. We found a home in a community that we had been looking at for some time. The escrow process is a roller coaster. Full of highs and lows. We were impatient, stressed, and blind to the process. JulieRae was our eyes taking us through a process so foreign to us. She was straight forward with us when it called for it but always positive. There were so many times that we wanted to walk away from the process, but she was always positive about our outcome.
