They are truly experts in their field and the cities/suburbs areas (and even more expanded now), and add much more insights above and beyond what the relator training would provide. They have connections and friends they can ask for insight in almost every avenue, including inspectors, flooring installers, electricians, etc. Every person they recommended to us was as awesome as they are. They are both detail oriented and efficient and fast - they are so responsive and really keep the process moving for you. They did not push and would give legitimate feedback to my husband and I on the home we were discussing, not just simply looking at the good in the home so they could make a sale.
