Originally, I contacted her because I wanted to see whether I should remodel my current place or look into my next phase of housing. She set up a search for me, based on my desires, and I purchased a one-level townhome late last summer in Dayton. When I was preparing my place to be listed in Maple Grove, I had an issue become an emergency that needed to be resolved prior to listing it. Jaimi gave me professional feedback on resolving the issue and how to resolve it with my homeowners association. This got resolved; however, it took longer than we expected. Eventually, my place was listed in early January and closed in early March slightly over the listing price. My experience with Jaimi was very positive and I would recommend her for others. I found her to be straight forward, organized, and very professional. At times, this process was quite a bit to deal with. She always kept me on task and positive throughout.

There were many issues with a well, septic, title and land description problems and she was there every step of the way. From the beginning she did her homework in looking at other property pricing. She gave me a clear explanation why it should be priced as it was. Because of her diligence in researching before listing I really trusted her and knew she was on top of her game. We actually did this twice; once with the farmhouse and a second time with land and both sold within a few weeks and were closed on within a month and a half. Finding a realtor is hard because you have to trust that person has your best interest at heart all along the way and Tammy was always upbeat, encouraging and professional!
