Experiencia negativa: Hase unos diaz visité a mi prima y en el pasillo vi a Esmeralda no sé si trabaje aquí o no pero me recordé que hace años fui víctima de robo de renta. Por varios meses la señora me cobró renta en efectivo y por ignorante yo caí en su trampa, fue mucho pisto lo que con sacrificio le pagamos sin saber que seria mos estafa dos y con las poquitas cosas en la calle.

Experiencia fantástica: I actually love living @ The Harlowe. It's a very comfortable quite place to live.Nice and kind people all around. Mrs. Esmeralda the BEST PROPERTY MANAGER and PROFESSIONAL who is such a gem and a wonderful kind spirit that I've ever work with. She is respectable and very easy to talk too whenever I have a problem. DEFINITELY she works with you on your rent. Most importantly Mr. Benny our head of maintenance a respectable hard-working man who always willing to come by my apartment when I see him even if I don't put a work order in. If something goes wrong in my apartment he is on it ASAP. I personally have never had a problem with neither since they've been in charge. As long as they're here, I'm living here.

Experiencia positiva: I will have to say this ive been here for 3 years, and it has been an improvement process, at the beginning there were always moving managment around atotal mess none of them would care about your complaints seems they only cared about money. But ever since Esmeralda the current manager has been here there has been a big improvement she makes sure everything gets done correctly takes care of any issue right away very very professional. I would not renew, if she werent to be here any more. am extremely upset and disappointed right now. Esmeralda and Benny have completely turned this property around — the events, the atmosphere, and the property itself look better than they ever have. Esmeralda is not only an amazing manager, but also a genuinely caring person who truly looks out for the residents. So why are you doing this to your residents? Decisions like this make no sense

Experiencia negativa: These apartments have too many plumbing issues. The apartment next to me on the bottom floor is flooded as we speak. It’s ridiculous. The issues that they have here. It don’t make no sense bad pipes everything I would never recommend these apartments. They need to really do some fixing and maintenance.

Leaks and Plumbing Issues: There are far too many leaks in the units, often coming from the roof. This seems to be a recurring plumbing problem that hasn’t been properly addressed. It’s frustrating and should be a top priority. 2. Parking Lot Potholes: The parking lot has multiple potholes, which is unsafe and shows a lack of proper maintenance. While I understand some wear and tear is expected, the neglect here is unacceptable. 3. Common Areas & Laundry: The laundry facilities are often dirty, and the washers and dryers don’t always work. Clean, functional common areas are important to tenants, but this doesn’t seem to be a priority for management. Overall, it feels like the property managers and owners are more focused on profits than on maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for residents. These issues affect daily life and should be addressed immediately. Bottom line: The apartments are livable, but the management needs to take maintenance seriously and invest in the property. Tenants deserve better.

She takes time to explain and assist you with new changes taking place here at The Harlowe apartments. And she makes sure you enjoy the many different activities. The maintenance man Benny is also professional, and takes care of all the repairs. (He's a funny guy too!)

Experiencia negativa: The complex is a bit ratchet, you’re forced to get Spectrum internet which is crappy. One of the leasing specialists has a kid in the office. The rent is too high for there to be no washer or dryer hook ups. I’ve been in the leasing office where they’re asking people to leave good reviews on here. My lease will not be renewed.

Experiencia negativa: Estimados propietarios . Mi hija es residente de ese condominio y puntual pagadora de la renta establecida . Pero me veo en la necesidad de expresar su preocupación por una serie de problemas que afectan la calidad de vida en el condominio pues uno paga para un servicio completo que no está garantizado . Ella vive en el tercer piso y el ascensor del edificio está roto desde hace varios meses sin solución aparente y para subir las compras es bastante engorroso , la puerta de entrada al parqueo lleva rota hace mucho tiempo sin ninguna solucion lo que afecta la seguridad del lugar y el apartamento ha presentado dificultades con el aire acondicionado desde hace más de un mes donde lo reparan , funciona dos días y 4 o 5 días sin funcionar . Estos no son simples inconvenientes son situaciones que comprometen la seguridad y la comodidad del lugar . Entendemos que pueden existir imprevistos pero la falta de soluciones efectivas y prontas generan frustraciones en las personas que cumplen con sus obligaciones mensuales . Mi hija les pide con el debido respeto pero con urgencia que se tomen las medidas necesarias para solucionar estos problemas de manera definitiva . Experiencia negativa: It took these people 3, count `em, 3 MONTHS to replace my A/C. Mngr kept making excuses, "Well, it is very hot outside." Maint. man kept saying "I'll tell the manager." Back and forth, for 3, count "em, 3 MONTHS before they finally bought a new unit. I would have moved out but I was too faint from the heat to pack. OLD apartments with FOUNDATION problems; one elevator hasn't worked in over a year. NO dishwashers, NO washer/dryer or connections in apartments. Communal laundry rooms. Extremely LOUD road NOISES from intersection reverberate throughout causes wall hangings to shake and rattle. And EXHAUST SMELLS all day and even at 3:00 a m. is awful! This place has changed ownership at least three times in three years and amenities have been reduced drastically. Once offered transportation bus for residents BUT NO MORE. It ONCE was 55+ independent living BUT NO MORE. I no longer feel safe here.

And Boy was it a change .I love the new manager she is professional yet kind, and will help you any way she can.The maintenance man is the best I have ever seen. I think he can fix any thing . Now if they will just keep our new manager ,this will be a great place to live. They are improving the apts and surroundings all the time rates are like most apts.

Experiencia negativa: They just found a dead body in the pool and they changed mangers again like what is going on. I will be moving when my lease is up!

Experiencia negativa: Roaches everywhere. I temped at this property and the infestation is serious, they are in units, hallways, and common areas. Units often weren’t ready for move-in and resident complaints were brushed off by Shalundra. Management’s priority is leasing quickly, not resident care.

They have helped me with maintenance request in a timely manner as well as helped me with rent! They are so attentive and make the complex feel much safer!! You go ladies!!!

Please don’t Lease here They maintenance man will still at your apartment and then they will press charges on you for being mad because they stole all of your apartment.

The complex was very nice and well kept! They have been doing some renovating so the apartments feel brand new! 10/10

Experiencia negativa: I have been living at Harlowe Apartments in Euless for the past year, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The management is unresponsive and unhelpful, making it nearly impossible to get any issues resolved. The maintenance team is equally disappointing, often taking weeks to address even the simplest of problems. The cleanliness of the complex is another major issue. Common areas are frequently dirty, and it seems like no one takes responsibility for keeping the place tidy. This has made living here quite unpleasant. I would not recommend Harlowe of Euless to anyone looking for a well-managed and clean living environment. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Roach infested. Terrible management. They swore this property was roach free before I moved in, but when I moved in I found this place has more roaches than I've ever seen. I've been complaining about it for three months since I've been living here, and I've continued to be given the run and around and gas lighted regarding different solutions to the problem. This is my first time living in Garland, and it has been an absolute nightmare mostly due to the management at this place. Don't make the mistake of moving here. You'll regret it. PS. I've been holding off this negative review for a while now, but the roach infestation has gone on too long, and the management here seems to be ignoring me as they rarely answer their phone, and they don't reply to emails. STAY AWAY You've been warned.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place ever so happy to leave this ratchet place,new management crooked people paying all that money and don't even have the amenities them seniors need,building falling apart wasps,bees,lizards taking over and yet Nothings done,don't believe them pictures about Montclair estates senior living go take a look for yourself wood rotting them folks really don't care about the residents it's all about that $.them seniors needs better. Happy am out just like the other 10 + people that got tired of Montclair estate in the months of June and july.Montclair estate is a big NO NO.

Experiencia negativa: The Apartment above Had a water leak it has been three weeks and they still have not fixed the ceiling this is unacceptable for my mother who is 82 and is being forced to live with all the problems. I really think is apartment management doesn’t care about how their tenants live as long as the rent is paid on time. I think it’s disgraceful

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Montclaire Estates with my little boy. When we moved here we were going through a tough time. But after a couple weeks at Montclaire everything is so EASY- no bad attitude in the whole place. The feeling is serene. And the laundry room is absolutely free!!!! I'm thankful to have been welcomed here. We love it here. Its peaceful and clean.

Experiencia positiva: These are pretty cool apartments. I think they are for older people only, but I love how quiet it is here. Plus they have a little library room which is super cute.

Experiencia positiva: Very nice apartment complex, very spacious and lots of parking I didn't really meet any of the people there so I can't comment on what types of people are living there, but then again I went during the day when most people are at work. Seems to be a nice place.

Experiencia positiva: This is a fairly nice place to live and when I moved in a few months ago I would rate it a 5 star, however, recently things are being neglected. The maintenance and cleaning staff are friendly and nice, however, they fix some things and don't others. The cleaning staff come at the scheduled times and then they don't come at all. I too have complained about critters crawling in the vents and walls and mentioned it to the Maintenance staff but received no effort to find or correct the problem. The elevator sometimes works or doesn't and gets stuck or moves very slow. Some of the community washers and dryers (they have 2 laundry rooms) are so ancient that the heating elements don't heat and the timing dials don't turn and get stuck in one place, never drying your clothes. The office staff act angry and upset when the residents complain about the poor quality of the complex and then send out notices to the residents blaming us for "abusing" the "amenities" they provide for us.... that's the biggest insult in my opinion.

Experiencia negativa: These apartments are very nice as far as looks and have a caring staff. Unfortunately, as far as maintenance, there is a shortage. I have literally called 7 times throughout the summer to get the a/c fixed which it has not been. Grateful it's cooling off. It just gets old. There are potholes all over the parking lot. Like playing a video game to dodge them. Again, broken promises. Today, awake at 3am with animals, probably squirrels in the attic and wall area next to my bed. I just kept praying they don't come through. My stuff will be ruined. Maybe that's why they require renters insurance. These are section8 apartments so one just needs to beware. I have been her almost one year. I wanted to give it plenty of time before I posted a review. Nothing seems to get done regardless of how much one calls. Like I said these apartments look nice on the outside and beautifully painted and carpeted on the inside, but the areas previously mentioned are lacking. Hoping a resolution will come soon. Sigh.

Experiencia fantástica: This complex is beautiful, a little outdated, though I hear remodeling is going to happen soon and it needs updating. Need to hire more Maintenance persons. Autumn in the office is Kind, she always is attending to any questions or needs. Landscaping and pool are gorgeous. The dining room is a sit down meal for the residents, charming and elegant. Always good food. Sal the chef and staff are pleasant. Every amenity imaginable for comfortable, easy living. The residents are all kind. I moved my Mother in! Pets allowed, but keep dogs on leash, keep cats in for safety.
