Experiencia negativa: Worse apt I’ve ever stayed in it’s full with cockroach, they make you pay every month for them cleaning out the roachs(which they never do) and I don’t think they have never done it by seeing at how many cockroach’s there is and the air conditioning system is always failing or putting out a weird smell and so many cats running around the apartments as long as you pay rent they don’t care what you do which is understandable because your paying 1.100-1.200$ dollars for a 1 bedroom apartment that is full with cockroach’s and dogs and cats running around, water cuts off and they don’t tell you when it’s gonna get fixed or how long they just tell you in 30 minutes SMH‍♂️ your better off living in a hotel room

Experiencia negativa: All they care about is if You have a job and able to pay rent.... Was told I'd have a unit ready this week (6/10-6/12/2025, told to pay a $500 deposit 6/11/2025, now I have to wait untill August to move in? No thanks.... Red flags all around from jump....

Experiencia negativa: This apartment complex has cruel policies toward cats and animals. They allowed people to keep and then release cats on their property but now try to prevent people from feeding abandoned animals! They could regulate the place and locations where food is provided … cleanly, neatly in a designated area, but instead they threaten tenants! The apartment owners hilariously claim their cruel policies prohibiting feeding community cats is an act of compassion which is ridiculous. Tenants dump their cats when they are evicted or move away. Refusing to allow these abandoned pets to receive food is leaving these animals, long dependent on humans for food, to starve. These are not “feral.” the correct policy would be to allow TNR (Trap Neuter Return) efforts at the property to vaccinate the population and ensure that all community cats in the complex have been fixed. The current policies of the Woodgate Apartments in Garland create a community cat problem due to their tenants abandoning animals (who are 100% dependent on humans for food) and then they enact punitive and cruel policies to prevent other good Samaritan tenants from feeding the animals that have been abandoned. The Woodgate Apartment management would then have those abandoned pets forage further and further away in hopes that they leave the property. These abandoned Woodgate Apartments community cats then become the greater community’s problem. How noble! What forward thinking and compassionate policies by these geniuses!

Experiencia negativa: I'm pretty sure this is the complex posting this notice to its residence. If you want to live somewhere that punishes residence illegally with threats for feeding animals, please move here. They clearly don't feel responsible for contacting animal control or the proper resources to control their problem with stray cats, but instead resort to threatening their tenants who show animal compassion. Have fun.

Experiencia negativa: We live here almost 3 year the bathroom the toliet and shower don't work i have fotos so we called managed she called and man the Fixing the toliet and shower is just take fotos just doing nothing so is 0 star trash don't come here

Experiencia negativa: The young manager is a joke do t answer the phones so I had to walk up there and she was just n the phone laughing talking to friends she a horrible manager doesn’t do her job right aleasy just joking round in the office

Experiencia negativa: Vivo aquí pero son una desgracias de apartamentos no llevo mucho tiempo pero con lo que he visto para que vivir aquí. No han puesto el aire y que se arruinó. No podemos poner aires de ventana que por qué es delito entonces pongan el aire. Salga a ver más vecinos tienen aire de ventana arriba de la oficina también hay un vecino que tiene y no le he visto pegado un papel allí. Otra cosa La manager no digamos se cree la dueña de los apartamentos. Tengo a mi hermana embarazada y los están hechando que porque no pueden vivir más de 3 personas en 1 apartamento y su bebé ni a nacido no quieren renovarle el contrato. Señorita manager salga de la oficina camine todo el are y vea qué hay mucha gente amontonada en 1 solo apartamento. Espero que se le bajen los sumos de dueña enpoderada porque si usted no ha pasado penas permítame decirle que el karma se llega. Si alguien ve esto y sabe dónde localizar a los dueños que me escriba se los agradecería.

Experiencia negativa: Trash! We lived here for two years and it was a nightmare. I understand the all bills include so they control everything but there is no excuse for there too be no A/C for months at times and then there ways of fixing anything is by slapping a bandaid on it and calling it a day. We had our front door half way off the hinges and they just stuffed a foam in there so the outside air wouldn't come in. They never fixed that door! Lastly they kept rasing the rent every 4 months till it reached 1k as if there no A/C, car robbery and power outage apartments were worth even 700. I would never recommend these apartments even if you needed a place too start.
