She is competent, professional, always positive with a can-do attitude. Chrsta has helped us and our family members in prior transactions. All of her work and experiences with her have been stellar. Experiencia fantástica: We loved working with Christa and Michael — as first time homebuyers, we were nervous about the entire process. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Experiencia fantástica: Christa and Michael were truly amazing! They were knowledgeable, responsive, and caring throughout the entire process of buying our home. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Christa and Michael are the best - plain and simple. We bought our first home with Christa's help over 10 years ago. When we started looking at a move about 5 years ago, we weren't in a rush and Christa never pushed us to buy, even though we were house hunting for five years in an area that wasn't very convenient for her to get to. When we finally decided to list our house, Christa made everything extremely easy for us, guiding us throughout the process but letting us make decisions without pushing us into any decisions that didn't feel right. Once we sold our home, Christa didn't hesitate to drive out to multiple homes in our new area or have Michael or other realtors local to our new town help us out. This was often on very short notice, so that we could move quickly when a home we were interested in first hit the market. Thanks for putting up with us and sticking with us, Christa, while we found our "forever home"! Christa is more than a realtor - we consider her a wonderful friend. We wouldn't ever work with anyone else!

Experiencia fantástica: Christa and Michael sold my son’s home for me and his sons. They did an awesome job! Always available to answer questions we had and to give us very good advice. Experiencia fantástica: If you are selling your home we highly recommend using the Hartig Group. Christa and Michael made the whole experience easy. They efficiently handled every aspect of selling our home from the listing to the closing so we could relax and trust everything was handled. Within hours of listing our home, we had two great offers presented to us! Thank you both for excellent service! Steve and Roberta Bollenbach

Experiencia fantástica: We loved working with Christa throughout the entire process. She did a great job marketing and promoting our lake home and we're very grateful for her efforts. We'd highly recommend Christa!

Experiencia fantástica: Christa and Michael were a fantastic team to work with to sell our home in 2022. They hired a decorator to give us advice on decluttering and proper staging. Professional photos were taken and posted. We used our furniture and they brought in a few plants; we painted a few rooms (we had very colorful walls before the house went on the market). They knew the market, worked well with other realtors, and were extremely professional! We thought they were so good that we recommended our son contact them when he was looking for his first house this spring. Upon meeting with them and explaining what he wanted, he realized Christa and Michael had vast knowledge in the real estate market in the Twin Cities. Our son bought a wonderful home in Minneapolis with the help and guidance of Christa and Michael! Thank you so much for helping our family!

She helped us find the perfect suburb and neighborhood for our needs. She listened to what was important to us as a couple. As first-time homebuyers, we didn’t always know what to look for, but she was always able to point out red flags or reassure us about easy fixes. She was so kind and patient through three weekend visits and multiple phone calls. She even stayed up until midnight on Super Bowl Sunday working on an offer for us. We also loved working with her colleague Michael, who showed us multiple houses via video chat and joined us for our inspection. Thank you Christa!

Experiencia fantástica: I’d give ten stars out of five if I could for Christa. Our family of four felt like Christa had become part of our family working REALLY hard for us. Besides her caring, friendly demeanor, she is extremely thorough, prompt, organized and never stopped working for us. Her years of real estate experience in MN and the relationships in the industry that these years of experience brings helped her to find us our dream home that had previously been under contract. We were privy to this house BEFORE the home went back on the market. This was the SECOND home that we got to view “pre-market” (before anyone else sees it) and it was the reason we have a beautiful home that we love.
