I was relocating from Virginia to Florida after retirement. I was not familiar with the area at all so I relied on him to understand where to live, and he did not disappoint! Once we found the home that I wanted it was go time for him. Even with me still living in Virginia, Cris negotiated this deal and got me over $12k in credits, my dream home, and I have officially relocated to my home and this has been the best and smoothest home buying process.
