Our second home Tiia was able to secure multiple bids which included another full price offer! Experiencia fantástica: We put our house on the market initially with another agent. The original agent was OK, but I felt as the house remained on the market, she was not focused on helping us sell our house. When we had to make a decision to re-list (as our original listing expired) we had to decide to re list with the original agent or look elsewhere. We started looking and received a brochure in the mail from Cartwright Realty. The analysis she provided (I am a numbers guy) was interesting. I invited her to see the house and was very friendly and came across as a partner in selling the house providing recommendations and perspective in a respectful manner with the "why's" behind it. Long story short, after our house sitting for 6 months, Tiia's and the team had the house under contract within 45 days after putting it back on the market. Tiia and the team were so responsive even during the tedious period between going under contract and closing. Tiia and the team are a true class act and make you feel like your home sale is the most important thing on their list. I highly recommend Tiia and her team if you are looking to sell or buy a house.

Not only were they able to get me multiple offers on my property, I was able to sell it for full asking price in under 60 days. They stayed in touch me, kept me updated, communicated with me regularly, and were always available to answer my questions.

Experiencia negativa: Tiia Cartwright was the listing agent for a property we bought but was not involved in the transaction at all. Everything was handled by her assistant Linda Matheu who was incredibly rude, condescending, and disrespectful. From our first conversation right until closing date, Linda made everything as difficult as possible. Linda went as far as accusing me of threatening a contractor which couldn't be further from the truth and truly despicable of her to make those accusations. We almost cancelled the contract on multiple occasions based solely on the disrespect we endured by Linda. If the terrible treatment wasn't enough, Linda would often overstep her boundaries as assistant and make decisions for the seller without consulting them first. She would often say things like "the seller will not agree to that" or "we're not doing that" when it is not up to her to make those decisions. Only licensed real estate agents have that authority. If you are selling your house with Tiia Cartwright, know she will not be involved in the transaction at all. Instead, she will assign her bitter assistant who will make the transaction a nightmare for everyone involved. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT: Even though the bulk of the communication went through my agent, I am fully aware of everything that occurred during this transaction. My agent, lender, and everyone involved in this transaction is a witness to the lack of unprofessionalism on Linda's behalf. When it comes to my agents experience, he has completed a lot more than one transaction so your facts are incorrect. Maybe if you were more involved in your own transactions you would know the kind of treatment Linda shows potential buyers. The lender even tried contacting you multiple times but all communication had to go through your assistant Linda. I don't think my agent or lender ever had a conversation with you which shows your lack of regard for your own clients/listings. My review is an honest judgement of my experience dealing with your team whom we interacted with for the past 3 months.

Experiencia negativa: "I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Cartwright Realty and Big Inspections. I was sold a home with a solar pool heater that was marked as functional, but it turned out to be completely non-functional. I ended up having to pay $4000 in repairs because of this issue, which was not properly disclosed to me before I bought the home. To make matters worse, the title company blamed the inspector, and the inspector claimed not to cover pools. It felt like nobody was willing to take responsibility for this major issue, and I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. I'm incredibly disappointed with this experience, and I wouldn't recommend working with these companies to anyone. It's important to do your due diligence when buying a home, but it's also crucial that companies are honest and transparent about any issues or defects in the property. I had hoped that this situation could be resolved amicably, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid similar issues and make informed decisions when working with these companies."
