Not all real estate agents are created equal. Howie had to coach up the other real estate agent in both of my purchases. Howie's knowledge, and expertise were extremely helpful in keeping the process moving, and getting both parties what they wanted. Do not go with someone that you know that does real estate on the weekend. Go with someone with over 26 years of experience in the industry! I could not be more happy with both of our experiences.

From the first person we talked to, Lauren, to everyone else that we talked to, Howie, Shelby and Bryan, they were all awesome and kept us in the loop and kept in constant contact!! Howie sold our house in one week and that to me is phenomenal!! Howie is one amazing negotiator and he knew just what we had to work with and didn't stray at all from that. Lauren got the whole ball rolling and without her contacting me, none of this would have happened!! Shelby is another phenomenal person!
