We did encounter some issues at closing that was beyond his control (errors made by the title company). It caused him significantly more time, but he proceeded professionally in dealing with appropriate parties and in communication. We are pleased with our purchases and the entire process.

Jeff showed us houses that were exactly what we were looking for, and then the negotiation was awesome so that we could get our first home. We were new to the process as we had never bought a home before, and Jeff helped us through all the process, with patience, and professionalism. I was really appreciative of him as a person too, because he is charm and easy to talk to. I'm not a native English speaker, and sometimes it's difficult to make others understand me, but Jeff never made me feel unlisten, he was patient, respectful and eager to help. In addition, to listen to your needs, he is always honest, and helpful, he would usually have all the answers to our questions, but if he didn't he followed up with, and he would always respond within 24 hours. We have worked with him to buy and sell houses. Again, first time we sold, it was slight different process, but his team did a great job with pictures of our home, and with negotiations to sell. Experiencia negativa: He came as a buyer's agent, after the buyer found our home on his own. There was a misunderstanding about his realtor fee and then he ignored us for 3 weeks as my brother got the house ready to sell and never sent an official release from contract, just an addendum that via email he claimed was a change of price because of inspections. Not professional at all. He put my brother and his fiance in a really hard spot as they look for a new house. I certainly would not trust him if he comes as a buyer's agent.
