Experiencia negativa: Bought a house from one of their agents. He didn’t have working keys to the house after close (I had to call him to get keys after not getting any and the keys brought over still did not work to the house). He allowed the seller to enter the property after I got possession, and then only to find out the roof and landscaping he promoted as being “new” were 15-20 years old (sold during the winter). The guy couldn’t even pick up his for sale sign from the front yard for weeks and had to be called. Tried to get ahold of the broker and the agent at Keller Williams and was dismissed repeatedly, ignored, and they won’t return your calls after multiple attempts to contact. STAY AWAY! From this agency and any listing they represent. Truly horrible experience, they only care about the money, and not running a quality business. Don’t be fooled.

Experiencia negativa: Selling my house for sale by owner, Eric Bagroski from this office contacted me saying a client was interested in my home and asked if I was willing to pay his 3% buyers agent fee. I said he absolutely deserves to be compensated for his time since buyers agents put in a lot of work finding homes for their clients, but I'm not paying 3%. His response was good luck...

Experiencia fantástica: Sometimes things go wrong, and it’s in those times people handling our concerns matter the most… I sold my home through this office, managed by broker Gene Szpeinski. I had a very repetitively negative experience with my agent, but changing agents was not a time practical solution… Here at KW Rivertown, I had an issue that was causing escalating concerns… The details of the issue aren’t particularly relevant, but I did have some fault, for which I personally took action to remedy. However, that was not enough to resolve the issue… The buyer of our home had come back post sale and was making false accusations and making extravagant demands. My agent continued to disappoint; wasn’t doing an adequate job to resolve the issue, and I was running out of plausible solutions… As a last ditch effort, I went to their office where I was well received and able to elevate my concerns. From there forward, my situation was very well handled and it quickly reached senior leadership… The receptionist was clearly proficient and attentive, her actions paved the way for resolution, and Gene was able to step away from his schedule to clearly understand the situation and offer an appropriate, professional and timely response. Of course I would have preferred no issues to begin with, the point remains, that when I needed KW Rivertown to step in and handle things their agent was failing to, I believe they did so to the absolute best of their ability. Thank you for hearing my concerns and stepping up when it mattered most!

I have been looking at houses for months and had over 20 offers declined. It was defeating, but Michelle kept everything upbeat. She was so optomistic and encouraging. Michelle will go above and beyond and her heart is so full of compassion! I am so thankful for everything she has done for me and even more thankful for this new friendship!

My realtor, Victor Mancuso, was a highly professional young man who seemed to love what he was doing and did all the running for me, which can be a blessing all by itself. He had a wide range of professionals working with him such as photographers, title insurance company and other realtors. I didn't even have to leave home for the closing as everyone came to my home for the sale. I can't say enough about these guys except that you need them to sell your place quick and for the most. You can’t risk losing a deal or leaving money on the table. I Have done multiple transactions with Keller Williams River Town and can not emphasis enough how great Ryan Prichard and his team are! The only realtor I refer my friends and family too!

Experiencia negativa: Ryan Prichard is A LIAR and does illegal work. Keller Williams Rivertown stands by his obvious ILLEGAL actions too. Would never recommend them for buying, selling, or having a single thing to do with your home. They ARE untrustworthy and shouldn't even be in business.

I have no affiliation or relation to Vicky but would now consider her my friend. 1st: Dealing with me She dealt with me a picky and somewhat unmotivated buyer. Vicky has a calm and over all relaxed selling technique which mean low pressure and told me the pro's and cons of each house which gave me the confidence to pick one in late fall. 2nd: Staff She has one of the best home inspectors that picked apart the house and gave me a very detailed report that I will use for several years to come. She hooked me up with a mortgage broker that got me approved on a 3.65% interest rate which was great for 10/25/19 3rd: Old Owners The Old owners screwed up on repairs after sale and she assured me that she would handle this and get everything resolved for me and everything worked out perfectly. I trust and respect her professional behavior and will recommend people to her in the future A++ Agent

They are both toddlers so it was much easier for them to trunk-r-treat than go up and down stairs and walk far distances in between houses. Thank you Keller Williams!
