Full disclosure— I generally I do not like real estate agents— especially pushy ones— can’t stand them!! He is not like that. I had the sad task of having to sell my Mom’s house. The one I grew up in. It wasn’t the hardest thing I ever had to do but definitely top 5. I live 4 hours away my sister, in another country. It was a colossal task. Throughout the entire process Mike was patient, kind and extremely professional. He knows the market really well and is a good negotiator. felt he always had our best interests at heart. He went above and beyond what any agent would do. He worked with me for a year— yes a year— that’s how long it took to clear out the house and get it ready for sale with extremely limited time. Mike checked on the house often making sure it was ok. Gave me frequent updates and coordinated with our gardener to get it ready for sale. I wasn’t there to do any of those things. He had a great eye on what was a fair offer and what wasn’t. He has great advice for things we could do to get the house ready & great contacts so we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING. When I got stressed he made it all better and arranged meetings with a real estate lawyer he works with often to give advice about a difficult situation we had with a tenant at another property. Completely unrelated to the sale of Mom’s house. He is a nice guy and a solid real estate agent, works his weight in gold. And he has great people that he works with should you need additional services. I call them the dream team
