As a new prospective homebuyer in the Centre County region (but living hours away at the time), McKenzie was very quickly the top choice I could find in a buyer’s agent. I interviewed 4 agents at the start of my search, and within hours of interviewing her I knew she was the best option. Rather than spending the interview time trying to sell me on new houses coming onto the market, she spent time explaining the facts and figures of the local real estate market which was extraordinarily useful for a first-time home buyer! When it came to the touring phase, if I found a new house on the market and wanted to visit it, McKenzie was always available the next day, even for houses that were up to an hour away! I didn’t quite understand the attributes I was looking for in a house at the start, but with each visit she gradually helped me understand what key features meant the most to me. Additionally, when it came to writing up offers on homes, McKenzie made the process easy and pain-free. With her help I was able to find a fantastic home, and in hindsight the home I ended up purchasing was undoubtedly the best amongst the ones we visited. To top it all off, months after my home purchase I needed some help with some new home projects, and thankfully I was able to get contractor recommendations from McKenzie within hours of asking.
