Experiencia fantástica: Being a first time homeowner was a crazy experience, but couldn’t have done it without our amazing realtor, Kathy Stenson!❤️she went above and beyond, worked so hard for us and did everything she could to help make our dream of owning a home come true.we’re grateful to have had her by our side through this journey! Would recommend 100%

Experiencia fantástica: Heather Stenson and her associate Brittany Ogrodowicz were amazing in this buying process using a VA home loan. This was our first time buying a home, and they took such good care of us. They were very quick and effective in getting our offer prepared and to the seller. (Heather worked for us on a holiday weekend late into the evening while sick! If she hadn't, the sellers may have chosen the other buyer. Brittany drove out from far away to show the house that very day.) They were very communicative and professional throughout the entire process, and I felt highly valued. We started the process on May 22 and closed on the house, keys in hand, on June 24. That's speed! Heather and Brittany were highly communicative and knowledgeable, particularly regarding the VA loan aspect. I couldn't ask for a better experience. My family and I are so happy with our new home. I could tell that Heather and Brittany both really cared about getting the win for us. And they did get it!

Experiencia fantástica: Katie is an outstanding real estate professional. I knew exactly what I wanted, and she respected my vision completely. She paid great attention to every detail, streamlined the search by identifying the ideal property right away, and managed the transaction flawlessly so we could close in under 20 days. Her exceptional communication and rapid execution made this a smooth, victorious process. Look no further if you want the best agent in the business.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience working with Elizabeth during the process of buying my home. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made everything feel seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to buy a home. She truly made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m new to the big Houston area and automatically thought buying a home here was gonna be a pain. Kathy mad it so easy and mostly enjoyable! In fact!…. I had to go out of town for work for a couple weeks. Saw this house that I liked, informed Kathy , even though we were negotiating with another house, and she took video of everything for me. We made an offer and I bought my house in Houston from Arizona! I think I was just in Kathy’s way! The closing was a walk in the park at Patten Title Company! Quick but thorough!

Experiencia fantástica: Kathy made the process easier and smoother. She was always available for showings and questions. She found us exactly what we were looking for, and got us a great deal. If you work with her, you will be in great hands.

She answered ALL our questions, even after hours, and she always returned our calls and texts very quickly! She is professional and her communication skills are excellent. She was patient, this was our first time selling a home, always respectful, and informative. She guided us through the entire process from beginning to end so we could understand everything. Experiencia fantástica: Kathy just completed leasing our home out. This was the second time we have used Kathy and she was amazing! We live in another state so Kathy was out eyes and ears. She inspected our home and kept me informed of things in need of repair or upkeep. She coordinated any necessary entries into the house to ensure the house was ready for new tenant. She took photos numerous times and forwarded to me so I could have a visual. And all the while she also found a tenant and got the necessary background and credit checks and facilitated an electronic signing of the lease. She ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. She's tops in her business and we're very grateful to have her!!

Experiencia fantástica: They go above and beyond to see that buying or selling goes as smooth as possible. They are helping me for the second time.

Experiencia fantástica: Heather was so amazing. My wife and I secured a VA home loan pre-approval. We were put in contact with Heather. She showed us some homes that we were already looking at as well as some that she thought would fit what we were looking for. We fell in love with one of the homes she found for us, but when we started talking numbers with the seller, we quickly realized that the pre-approval we were given was extremely unrealistic for our actual budget. My wife and I were so discouraged we almost gave up entirely, but Heather wouldn't give up on us. She kept working for us, and she found another home that actually fit our budget as well as being a place we instantly fell in love with and will be proud to call home. I highly recommend The Stenson Group. They will find your home for you for sure.

Experiencia fantástica: Kathy & Heather Stenson are very knowledgeable at what they do and are awesome!!

Every client I send her raves about her dedication, creativity, and ability to find solutions that meet their unique needs and goals. Recently, we worked together to help a family find their dream home, and they couldn’t stop talking about how smooth and stress-free the entire process was, thanks to Kathy’s expertise. Experiencia fantástica: The Stenson Group is very professional. They listed our rental home very quickly and we have an offer all in less than 2 months. I definitely recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Due to the job change, we started looking for our new home in Houston in June. Kathy Stenson was recommended to us. She found out about our desire for a home and set up some filters so we could easily found an interesting house in Houston Medical Center and surrounding areas. Kathy is truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and experience. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the house marketing analysis and potential house value. This information was very useful and helped us move forward straightforwardly. Since we were far away from Houston at that time, we had a difficult time touring all the interesting houses. Kathy offered to tour the property via video for us, and she also provided all the details, necessary information and some reasonable suggestions. A huge hurricane swept through Houston during our house hunting. Some houses we were interested in had some damage after the aftermath. She evaluated these damages for us and pointed out all these potential problems in the future if we had purchased this house and gave us her comments and suggestions to help us make a cautious choice and decision. After we moved in, Kathy also helped with a few other things and made sure we were happy with the home. We are so thankful for what she did. Overall, we felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. I would strongly recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to give Heather a thank you for all the help she done. We’ve finally closed on our house and excited to move in. I 100% recommend you to give her a shot at finding a home. Thanks again

Experiencia fantástica: Kathy Stenson helped us buy our home in Houston, Texas, as a part of our relocation from Washington to Texas recently. We are so grateful for her help with the entire process. She has been extremely professional, responsible, reliable, and personable from day one. She has provided valuable information, suggestions, and guidance at every step of house purchasing, including location, offer, inspection, negotiation, and many others. She helped us narrow down to Rice Military area, a hot competitive housing market. She has been extremely patient to tour many homes through video chat with us, and pointed out pros and cons for each property. She responded to our phone calls and emails quickly at any time no matter how late it was for her. She has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and has all sorts of resources needed for home purchase such as insurance, repairs, inspection, and financial assistance. We now moved in the home that she helped us find and buy which we have not seen in person before, and we really love and enjoy staying in this new home, as Kathy has put herself into our shoes and totally understood our need and preference of the home. I have no doubt that I will work with Kathy again for any future real estate transactions. She is the one we trust and recommend without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent and professional service. Goes above and beyond to make it a positive experience.

Experiencia fantástica: This team was awesome to work with. Great communication and knowledge on helping you find your dream house.

Experiencia fantástica: Kathy Stenson's Team were fantastic in our move from Greenville NC to the Houston Area. We knew little about the housing market except that we wanted to be somewhere in west/southwest metro area. She ensured we had all of the information necessary to assess each of the different developments, knew the types of amenities, and the market trends for each of the communities we explored. During the final phases of our home selection and purchase, Kathy took the time to be at the walk throughs, inspections, and acted diligently in the negotiations. Since we could not be here for the final walk throughs, Kathy did a video walk through so we could do the final review in a video walk along. Kathy is an exceptional Realtor. I would recommend her to anyone, anytime.

Experiencia fantástica: Kathy has helped my family with the purchase of two homes now and the sale of one. She will go above and beyond to make sure you are set for success and hold your hand along the way. She has so much knowledge about real estate.
