Experiencia negativa: Mimi JamesOu is an agent one should never work with at REMAX Fine . I had a terrible experience buying a property from her and her team . Below are key reasons why: - She gives false information during house tour and hides information. - She has a set of Chinese team of workers who use cheap items to do the remodeling : whether it is paint , air condition, garden. - Sets an enormous price for a house which is poorly maintained and to hide it ; she tries her best not to allow inspection before buying In a nutshell, she does not follow clear rules and is goofy . My family and myself struggled a lot while buying our house. The sprinkler was broken, garage door was broken, back lawn was in a mess. She also forgot to take her realtor lock form front door even after the house was bought . We had to call a handyman and get new lock for the main door .

Experiencia negativa: I absolutely would not work with any of the associates from the location. Angelica Carmona was the first realtor we were assigned to assist with house hunting. She showed us 3 properties and stopped responding after. She knew the time frame of when I wanted to move and no sense of urgency was put into perspective. I Was even sending home myself so she could schedule appointments with the leasing agent. Nothing manifested, no message back absolutely nothing. As time passed I reached out to another associate here name Kay Harris. She sent me a text asking questions and NEVER got back to me. Horrible experience with this location, would not recommend or referral a single soul to this location.

He seems to be a courteous person, however, when dealing with a live deal, fails to communicate with the Listing Agent that his clients decided to cancel. Rather than picking up the phone and calling the Realtor, he informs the escrow company instead. Now, I’m not an expert on Real Estate, I would consider myself to be intermediate. However, communication is taught everywhere and failing to communicate in this industry, is bad business. If you want someone that communicates, move in to another realtor and broker, period. And now seeing these poor reviews about ethics, go somewhere else and steer clear from this office

Experiencia negativa: This company is very unethical. We were tenants at a property managed by them and they withheld our deposit even though we vacated the premise at lease end and left it spotless. We asked them for months for our deposit back, to no avail. Many things were broken in the house and they refused to repair it. Owner of the company is also the landlord/owner of the house and a real estate broker, should know better!

Experiencia negativa: Stay away from Emma Dow ruthless and unethical realtor of Houston { SHE IS Not YOUR REALTOR OF YOUR LIFE}she lied to me that she is representing us as a buyer agent And told me I can’t bring my own realtor agent she twist stories she trapped me so well so she can make her double commission she sold House way more expensive without providing any services she has no empathy as a human it’s so shame I had worse nightmares experience dealing with her she took advantage of our pre approval and she is a horrible representative of this real estate group. She was rude and dismissive to me from our first interaction, and she even blatantly lied to me. She made decisions for the property owner without consulting the owner and very rude people skills I'm not sure how she has a job with her bad attitude and lack of people skills. I guess she thinks that she can treat people badly and lie because it's a seller's market, but she should remember that things change, and she never knows who she will need in the future. She is Very overrated and worst Agent I have dealt with. she made double commissions was not enough for her greed After our walk through she and her son took plants from the back yard. What a shame to deal with her who called herself Chick-fil-A of real estate.

Experiencia negativa: The worst property management company ever. .My tenant moved out in March.I didn't know until May, when my neighbors complained that the pool was stinky .My real estate manager doesn't know anything except the monthly management fee.Because they forgot to turn off the temporary electricity, I have to bear all the electricity charges used by the tenant.I needed grass in the front yard, and they had arranged for the gardener to put it on the side of the driveway, and then they made me pay.

Experiencia negativa: Kenneth Tuggle was impossible to work with. He is rude and unprofessional. Not only does he do his best to squeeze every penny out of the buyer, but gives misinformation to the sellers as well. His buyers lost out on a good offer to follow another one he knows will not go through. He not only wasted our time, but the time of the sellers he is working for. All other companies we have worked with have echoed the same problems when working with Kenneth Tuggle. This agent it notorious for being difficult to work with. He reminded me of a sleazy used car salesman. Save yourself the trouble, and work with another agent.

The clients were extremely happy especially when they received multiple offers at the listing price. Emma is very professional, honest and knows her markets! Experiencia negativa: No wonder why they only have 2.9 rating. Because a broker from their Sugarland office called me trying to convince me to hire them. A second one called me and again tried to convince me. Later a third agent called....and here's what I feel...and what I have posted as a review for her: My house was for sale by owner. I received three calls from remax. Every time i was clear that I'm only giving business to whoever brings a buyer. This Caroline totally ignored that , lied and was totally hypocritical by trying to visit the house in order to get my business. She also kept me waiting and was not communicating effectively . She planned to pre-screen the house without bringing the buyer who was supposed to visit this weekend (tomorrow.) So never trust an agent neither from remax nor any other agency. REMAX is an agency that I don't recommend.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars, I would. If you use this office, DO NOT USE SHAWN GAO!! She is extremely unprofessional and lacks people skills. She is very rude, smug, and overall unpleasant to deal with. I am Active Duty and rented a home for three years. I was only renting because I knew I would be in the area temporarily. After being in a hotel for a month, we found a home that was under Shawn Gao and moved in. The home was filthy. It was covered in dust and everything that was used to repair the home was left out in plain sight (paint, bricks, etc) We had two kids at the time and were eager to get settled. We overlooked this, cleaned the property, and moved in. BIG mistake!! That was a sign of the turmoil to come. After moving in, we discovered the fireplace had excessive mold. My family and I was suddenly sick. We contacted Shawn and she sent contractors over a week later. As time went on, the property begin slowly falling apart. The property was abandoned prior to us moving in and the owner did topical repairs so the home would look presentable for renters. The entire 3 year period, we payed our rent on time totaling over $76,000. My husband and took care of the property as if it was our own. We made several upgrades to the property, including landscaping. When Shawn Gao would come out to the property, she would always compliment us on how we maintained the property and on how well I decorated the property. Fast forward to our move out inspection, Shawn came with one of the owners. She was a completely different person and was obviously trying to find a way to beat us out of our security deposit by any means. She was being very aggressive and condescending while looking at the property. We only had nail holes, small nail holes, which we used to hand pictures. Shawn insisted that we had damaged the property by hanging pictures on the wall. She accused us of removing door stoppers from the property as well. When we pointed out the were never there, the owner agreed, she said it was out responsibility to install them and that they were only $2. When I pointed out all the updates I had made to the home, she smugly and agressively said, I didn’t have to rent the home. What a slap in the face after faithfully investing over $76k into the property. Do yourself a favor and get another Realtor. Do not use this “Slumlord”.

The representative withheld information on known issues and needed repairs to the house and cost us a tremendous amount of money and time. Do yourself a favor and find a better realtor.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrid service! Warning to everyone! If you are a buyer and not represented by Karen Young, she will do everything to ensure that YOUR earnest money goes to her seller. Further, double check the HAR listing. Ask a lot of questions. She allowed us to attempt to get a residential loan, but property was deemed best use commercial. As the seller's agent, she should have known this. It is the seller's agent's responsibility to ensure that the HAR listing is accurate. Basically, thanks to her I am out thousands of dollars and her client reaped the benefits.
