At the time, she helped us looked for houses and took us to look at a few. However, my mom decided to not buy a house and we placed the house searching on hold. This past summer, we've decided to move forward with purchasing our first home. I reached out to Amanda again about a few houses I found on house searching websites. She was always easily accessible to answer any questions. We were in the process of one house. The sellers were difficult to work with but Amanda was good at demanding certain things. We paid for the inspection, appraisal and loan application fee. Unfortunately, the house fell through because the house was appraised for less and the sellers wouldn't lower the price. Amanda was nice enough to give us a little something for our next house. I strongly believe in everything happens for a reason. We found a house closer to town, new construction, with builder's incentives that can go towards closing costs. Amanda was prompt with contacting the real estate agency and helping us move forward with this house. During the walk through, Amanda was very good at pointing out flaws that I didn't see myself. With everything said and done, we finally closed on our first house! Amanda has been very helpful even after the purchase of the home. She still reaches out to me to make sure everything is going well. Amanda is very knowledgeable and personable. She is also a wonderful person to work with and a great real estate agent!
