Experiencia fantástica: Joel Gets It. Joel took us to a lot of houses in one summer, and part of the process is finding out that many places look much better online. Almost every time Joel had the same feeling about a house as we did. A couple times we were still positive about a house after a walk-through, but Joel pointed out some issues we had missed, which we are grateful for. In all those disappointing viewings, Joel never made us feel like we were wasting his time. His sense of humor actually made it fun. When it came time to make an offer, his advice was on the mark. Joel walked through our house, while we were still working on our to-do list, to help us know what else would help it sell. He was able to adjust timelines when we needed more days to be show ready.
