There are people that do only what they have to do and those, few in today's world, that go above and beyond. Dustin obviously takes the kind of pride in his work that you hope for, especially when dealing with something as important as your home. I live in Los Angeles county and was named an administrator for an estate that included a home in Redding more than 500 miles away from my home. There were numerous issues with the property and the fact that it was part of a probate estate only made things even more complicated. If any of you have ever dealt with a probate estate, you know how difficult it can be. Dustin turned every problem into a non-issue. Anytime I needed to contact him, he responded immediately. His knowledge, experience and dedication to his profession should stand as a model for anyone seeking to endeavor into the Real Estate Market. Even after the transaction was completed, I had an issue getting some paperwork from the Title company. I called and spoke to Dustin and, where many people might have taken the attitude that their part of the job was complete, Dustin immediately called the Title company to help resolve the issue.
