Experiencia fantástica: Ryan has been working with us for 8 months to find a second home after ours was lost in the Caldor Fire. It is not easy working with a client living 2.5 hours away. He has, always, graciously been available at a moments notice to arrange a showing (probably eight, so far). He has vigorously protected our interests and done a lot of extra footwork on properties we made offers on, but that we, ultimately, rejected. He has dug his truck out of a snow drifts to allow us to see a property in a neighborhood that was completely snowed in. Gracious, patient, and professional; we will stick with Ryan as long as he'll have us and until we get the job done. This will be our sixth house purchase, so we have had a lot of experience.

My family and I started looking for a home to purchase a few months back not really knowing what we wanted except, that our home had to be a three bedroom. My husband seen a home he liked online, called up the listing agent, and that is how we met Ryan. From day one, Ryan has been very attentive to our needs as his clients and as a family.
