I still can't believe how quickly I was able to get this done so we could close. When it came to pricing, she helped me set the price and develop the marketing strategy, and she walked me through the offers to provide context and help me make the right decision. She made a real difference by helping me attract the largest possible pool of potential buyers and achieve the best possible market value for the house. Purchasing a new home was just as smooth. She quickly understood what I was looking for, recommended houses that matched what I wanted, and helped me win a competitive bidding process against four other buyers. She helped me get a sizable credit from the seller during the inspection process and also helped me negotiate the purchase of some of the furniture from the sellers. I’ve purchased and sold three homes in St. Louis, this was my first time working with Laura and I am so happy I chose her as our listing agent.
