Experiencia negativa: Franklin Group is a terrible company. We have no manager and no maintenance person. How can you go up on the rent if there's no manager?

Experiencia negativa: Yes they go up on the rent and they don't do nothing to the park at all we paid $1,400 a month they don't even fix the park up for the kids there's always nails laying in the road but they'll go up on the rent for sure to put you in more death this place is not worth that kind of money that's what I think consider if you move in here or not cuz that's how they treat you sometimes they're nice and work with you but other times they won't they just want to kick you out and try to make you homeless they have no heart at all maybe they need God in their life more that's what I think

Experiencia negativa: Franklin management picks and chooses who is in violation of park rules. Half of the woodsville mobile home park community in hayes va is blatantly in violation of park rules. Don't expect them to work with you to come to terms on issues. The people running the office are rude and their supervisor management is rude as well. Expect random people walking through your yard passed curfew, Loud neighbors, other residents animals getting loose, and more. If you have more than 5 people in a household don't expect for them to approve you. no matter how many bedrooms a trailer has apparently there's a 4 person occupancy limit and they will argue every solution to the problem regardless of how good of a tenant you are, but they will allow felons and people of Ill report into the community without a second thought.

Experiencia negativa: Worst management company I've ever dealt with. They don't want to do any repairs on their end but they will fine you to death over anything wrong on your end. We've had issues with the toilets not flushing due to them not pumping the septic tank properly and im sitting here now not able to flush my toilet due to this issue. I would not advice anyone to move to their property. They don't care about their properties, only the money and trust me you will pay out the Ying yang.

Experiencia fantástica: This last month has been a trying time for me and my family . To no fault of the company or owner pretty much half of my home had to be repaired one call to maintenance and Brandon and Chris showed up (literally the best ever) they noticed the problem right away and notified me the owner was going to put us in a hotel while they completed repairs . Germaine worked diligently securing the hotel rooms (yes multiple to accommodate my whole family ) for us . There was a little hiccup getting the room since it was third party but again one phone call fixed it . Once we realized we would be at the hotel longer than planned I asked if the owner could move us closer to my child’s school so they won’t be affected or miss any days. Not only did they move us to another hotel closer the owner also covered food expenses for us. The owner was very understanding and accommodating. We were back in the home by thanksgiving which was a blessing in its self . However unfortunately circumstances happened once again because I missed over a week of work due to the repairs they were making I was worried I would be late on my rent and it would be a negative mark against me . Let’s just say I’ve been here for almost three years by now and I have never been in this situation . I called and spoke with the owner and he really took the time to listen to me I didn’t feel brushed off or rushed he really listened . I went to him asking to not be penalized with a late fee and y’all that man told me don’t worry about December’s rent. He was truly more concerned with me and my families wellbeing and I couldn’t stop thanking him and crying. It’s not often you have owners of companies that really take the time to listen to you and he did and I’m so thankful . Again I’ve been out here for almost three years and what could’ve been one of the worst experiences to have to go through was truly a smooth process. Everyone involved in this really had open lines of communication with me throughout the whole process so I wasn’t in the dark and as a parent that’s very important. I would say my experience with Franklin management has truly been exceptional . They are not hard to communicate with and whenever I have been expecting a call back I’ve gotten one . If someone said they were going to follow up on something they did. All in all 10/10 recommend just make sure you keep your lawn maintained lol ! Again thank you to Mr.Franklin, Brandon , Chris, Germaine , and Antoinette.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible company. Terrible service. When you need to communicate with them they are not available, they never answer the phone when they are called, you leave voice messages and they do not answer them either. They have an inspector who can hardly walk and they leave you fines for meaningless things, just to get money. You call for any complaint and they don't answer you either in Spanish or English. In the application they have no way to communicate with them, only the same useless phone number. They don't answer by e-mail either. I tried by all means to communicate and I was unsuccessful. The office is far away and sometimes it's a lost trip. The worst company. Roads in terrible condition, dirty mailboxes and almost always have no lighting, only inspector to fine the community but never to serve.

Experiencia negativa: I move here because the gated community advertised, Not true, been calling since last year to put a fence for my dog, now have a violation for my dog, they never answer the phone in the office, my neighbor has 30 cats, also worked out of town for a month the water bill still came the same, God forbid you have anything in the yard Cuzz they will fine you.

Experiencia negativa: Worst management company ever they constantly wanna fine their tents tenants But don't wanna fix nothing that they are responsible for but if you leave a chair in your yard, it's a hundred dollar fine, but a tree lamb could be hanging over your house for 6 months And that's ok, they just keep telling you, resubmit it. I don't believe they should be able to find anybody until they do their part 2. I have lived here for 7 years And since I have been here. They have done nothing that I have asked. But keep putting fines on my porch for little things like a cooler on my porch or a chair in my yard. It's out of hand

Experiencia negativa: Terrible people to deal with we live and rented from them for only a year and I’m not going to lie we were late 2-3 times but It got paid when told why we were late do to medical issues to the point I went from fully employed to now on disability taking care of my 3 and 6 year old daughters and was waiting for my money from the state and my wife who still was working and pregnant with dangerous health issues of her own that they didn’t care but we made it work when it came time for our renewal I was emailed a contract and it was filled out and sent back in the very next day my wife had to have a emergency c-section we were in the hospital for 4 days when we go home with him our joy was turn to upset and worry because we had a 60 day notice to leave so when asked about the contract I filled they said it was sent on accident and that they are reserving the right, not to rent us and that has been their excuse and when I asked, could we possibly have only a week extension due to the fact, we just now found a place and need the week just to get things moved and packed away we were denied these people do not care about any other human beings but themselves and the factor they would put three children Displaced from their homes and friends for no reason except they reserved. The right in my opinion is downright hateful

Experiencia negativa: I’ve lived in my mobile home 20 plus years. The rent goes up every year. We have a pool that has remained closed since Franklin Management took over. A lot of thefts in the neighborhood as well. Feral cats everywhere and no maintenance done at all. And to think people moved here for the pool and a cheaper place to live and the lot rent continues to go up! I’ve had a pile of limbs that I asked them to pick up and it’s been over a year and they are still here. What happened to the big bulk dumpster they would put by the front office for tenants to take stuff that the trash people do not pick up? No security or street lights. Inviting criminals to roam and steal things. It’s not safe. Before they took over we had security and maintenance. For $625 a month plus trash and water averaging 680 to 690 a lot could be done!!

Experiencia negativa: Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haría, esta compañía solo es buena para cobrar la renta, tengo una fuga de agua del contador y ellos dicen que es responsabilidad mía arreglarlo y que pare de estar llamandolos, una compañía de plomeria dijo que no pueden arreglarlo porque es del medidor de agua y que le corresponde a franklyn management, y cuando fui a la oficina de Franklin management en oyster point Newport News la manager fue bien grosera. La pregunta es que hacer en este caso?

As per the lease agreement, the community is responsible for the water lines up to a meter connection and the tenant is responsible from the meter to the home. Experiencia negativa: These people think they can do what they want even though you pay your lot rent. Been here 15 years and never been late on a payment and they want to harass people in the winter. Raise the lot rent every year. But won't take care of their responsibilities. I've been asking for 15 years to either have the 8 200 feet pine trees taking down or at least the dead ones that are hanging down but they won't do that. I'll be selling by the end of the year and let them get 4 families in my 2 bedroom that's what it seems that they like because they don't mess with those people and they can do what they want. So if you are looking for a place I wouldn't recommend Anything that these people manage. That's just my opinion they are not professional.

Hi Ray, I'm sorry you didn't feel like we deserve a better rating. I would like to address your concerns in order. First, we appreciate your rent being paid on time. We inspect the properties regularly to ensure compliance, including during the winter, and I apologize if you feel as though that is harassment. If you would like a new copy of the rules and regulations, please reach out and we can provide them to you. You have also mentioned trees. We hire professionals to perform tree work in all our communities on a regular basis. We have managed your community for 5 years, so we cannot speak on the years prior. In those 5 years, they have been limbing up branches and cutting down dead or diseased trees. We do not cut down live trees but if a tenant would like to, they can call our office and request to hire an approved contractor to cut down a tree on their rented lot. You do have the right to sell your home to an approved applicant. We never encourage or discourage a tenant from doing so, this is your right. All tenants must be approved through a screening process. The number of occupants must be within legal limitations. I hope that this information has been helpful. Experiencia negativa: Do not rent from this company. They are a bunch of sly and prejudice crooks. I’ve lived in my house for the past 12 years and they’ve done nothing but raise my rent and talk down to me when I’ve tried to talk to them. When I got in my accident and was hospitalized they tried to evict me because I wasn’t able to cut my grass and with no Extra income at that time I couldn’t afford to hire anyone to do it. They are by far the worst people I have ever had to deal with! 12/05/2023 ^ @FMCO - I have called and spoke with your supervisors but nothing has been done. Instead what I got was a Violation from the prejudice park manager RUSTY after leaving this review. I also reported that there’s a tree leaning against my house that still hasn’t been taken care of. I called and sent pictures almost 5 months ago now but still nothing has been done. When I do call whether it’s a supervisor I speak to, an account manager, or the violations department all I get is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. So tell me again how I’m supposed to call and get anything taken care of when you all don’t think very much of your tenants. And yes I’m able to provide proof of everything I am saying and am willing to post them.

Experiencia negativa: I've lived in Franklin management property for years now and I personally don't like it. They raise rent ever single year despite the fact that we are currently struggling to survive in general. They are not willing to accommodate their tenants or care about them. They will violate you for anything they possibly can for. I'm not even allowed to have firewood outside. Despite the fact that I personally own my trailer They want all this maintenance done however they don't maintain their own property. We have pot holes that they patch over and they just come right back up. I asked for 4 years for a tree to be trimmed and they finally sent people out to cut it and they didn't do the whole tree there's tons of branches in the yard and the people they sent NEVER came back to clean up the gigantic pile they left in my yard which left me to clean up their mess. I have restrictions on what colors I can paint MY HOME. I can't put up certain fencing it has to be approved by them. I don't prefer to live here however with the way the economy is setup my budget don't allow for me to leave. I would not recommend living in any of their properties. I have had some issues with rent as I'm single and pay everything on my one income but they don't care and they will just send it to court and then make you pay court fees on top of their rent they raise up. I understand that rent is important but if it's already hard to pay why make it harder.

We hire professionals to maintain road conditions and potholes at each of our communities. Often times these repairs are on a vicious cycle as potholes can return after repairs. We apologize for the inconveniences that occur in the time frames between maintenance.
Our rules and regulations regarding maintaining conditions of the rented property are provided with every lease signing and can be located on our website. These are in place to help keep a regulated safe and clean community for our tenants. If you need a new copy, we would be happy to mail or email them to you.
In reference to tree issues, we follow safety protocols to determine what trees are cut. Tree specialists are hired to inspect trees and provide necessary services on a regular basis. Anyone with a desire to make changes to a tree due to personal preference may be permitted with authorization at the tenant’s expense.
Lastly, referencing rent rates and hardship. Unfortunately, economic changes are causing rent rates continue to rise. We make every effort to maintain fair rent rates comparable to communities in the area. As a business, we cannot operate without rental income. As stipulated in the lease agreement, there are steps that are made in accordance with state regulations when rent is unpaid. There are several local, charitable organizations that are often able to provide assistance for families experiencing financial hardship.

Experiencia negativa: I chose this community because it was nice and I felt good about the "gated" community. Since Franklin PM took over, the gate hasn't worked for a very long time, the "office" at the entrance is missing a piece of siding, the potholes are never fixed just filled with material that works out quickly. They raise the rent every year but the money isn't going into upkeep. They write residents up for upkeep issues that tenants are responsible for even for the most ridiculous things, but they need to hold themselves responsible for their own.

Experiencia negativa: Have lived in the mobile home park run and managed in CHRISTIANSBURG va we was threatened with court and paid all court cost and rent all cought up and finally moving forward and miss Jessica russle decided to give us a whole run around lying and saying it wasn't paid and we now owed over 900 dollars in late fees and court cost again so we called the supervisor over her and was told she had no authority to speak with tenets and what we paid they got but we still owe 900 and no repercussions have been taken. Our bank statements are not good enough proof for them. The main water line in the mobile home park has been pouring out into the road and will not fix they just charge the tenets for the water bill even while several report to the water company have been made we have no leaks I've personally been under our trailer at least 20 times looking for a leak but low and behold all our water lines are new and replaced a year ago no leak but still over charged just complete slum lord working together the worst place to live in Christiansburg va ever going to demolish my mobile that I own and leaving first chance I get I will never do any business with or give Franklin managment a dime they have never stepped foot in this mobile home park and after this I will not eaither just the worst slumlords ive ever seen and i myself work with a very big property management company and what Franklin management gets away with surprises me I don't know how they are allowed to even be called a company please for the love of God don't ever move to or deal with Franklin management for you're own safety

I would love the opportunity to address your other concerns as well. I assure you that water charges are only based on the usage from the submeter to your home. Water leaks sometimes occur in common areas, they are not included in the charges to the residents as the usage does not flow through their meter. All tenants can access their metered utilities on their tenant web access or may contact the office via phone or email. Also, I can assure you that charges were never duplicated on your account. I can see this review was left several weeks ago, but if you still have any questions about the account or how your payments were applied, we are happy to provide you with documentation on your account activity. Experiencia fantástica: I have lived here only 3 months & have had nothing but positivity, respect & fast response. There were a couple minor cosmetic issues upon move in & they were fixed. Recently my air unit was leaking in the home & I went less than 24 hours before there was a heating & air company at my door & the issue fixed. I would recommend & have recommended this management company to anyone & everyone.

Experiencia negativa: If i could give them zero stars, i would. They took over our trailer park that we have lived at for over 4 years about a year ago and its been a terrible experience ever since. We offered to buy our rundown trailer so we could repair it after already having to replace the floor and we got the run around. We have paid rent on time every month to them but i still have a stove that barely works there is black mold in our home and the electrical outlets have been messed up for months not to mention the bathroom drains are broken and do not drsin properly and i have asked repeatedly to have it repaired we have hanging light fixtures from where they "repaired" it and open wires. I have pictures and everything documented so i guess my next step is a lawyer.

Experiencia negativa: These people are pathetic. They allow thier maintenance crew to harrass tenants on a daily basis. Joe the so called owner is completely bias & very judgemental calling me & my family white trash. He doesn't even know us he is only going by what he has been told. I've had a water leak & a busted window for almost a year & they won't fix it. There is so much discrimination around here it's pathetic. All joe does is go around & tell people he has millions & he'll take care of white trash like us, sounds like a threat to me

Experiencia negativa: Terrible management. They will send you letters of what needs to be tended to on your property but wont actually tell you when you call what the violation is or have picture of it for you to fix it just trying to steal money from the people who rent lots out. Absolutely terrible people to try and talk to about anything. They want us to keep our lots in a nice meet order and follow the rules but they can’t fix the gates that make it a gated community nor can they fix the roads that so need it bc they say it’s to cold… I do asphalt and I haven’t been out of work for it being to cold to lay asphalt so who’s lying… if you plan to move into any of the Franklin management communities my advice is dont!!

Experiencia negativa: I have lived out here 25 years it had always been a great place to live, clean the owner really screened the people moving in, always sprayed and put gravel in driveways . You never seen trash on streets in yards but you do now. I have complained SEVERAL times about the water pipes in my back yard and about the neighbors and yet nothing has been done. They don’t care who moves in because they do t have to live here only care about getting the old mighty dollar. SLUM LORDS

I will mention to the office that there is more trash then ever before. This is not how we want the community to look as we do take pride in keeping the place beautiful. As you know, ownership started bringing in brand new mobile homes and made them very affordable for folks to have nice new homes to be proud of. The application process screens for good residents that will be great neighbors. Sometimes people don’t take care of their homes the way we would. Experiencia negativa: They can't do their job. Their inspector can't do his job correctly and the roads are filled with pot holes. Fix yourselfs before you start asking others to fix themselves. People around the area should start reporting your company for poor disgusting "services"

Good morning, I’m sorry to hear that the roads have potholes. I know that the property managers have been cutting into the roads due to water leaks lately and the office is working on getting the holes filled with proper material that will last and not sink over time. I also understand it’s been raining a lot lately. The inspectors job is to write warning and violations for enforcing community “rules & regulations” in order to keep the community beautiful and tidy. It is never our intention to upset folks in the community by informing them of any violations they may have, however at times people do get upset when they are told they need to clean up or remove items from their yards like sofas or broken down cars. Experiencia negativa: Franklin management is AWFUL. After taking over our neighborhood they promptly increased the rent. They are now increasing it again after leases renew (during a pandemic, mind you and over $100 more a month). We are not allowed pools or swing sets for our kids. I have left them several messages (they will not answer their phones) and an email and they will not call me back. Nothing has been improved in this neighborhood considering everyone is paying more to live here. There is an "inspector" as he calls himself driving around all day looking in people's yards to find violations. This used to be a great place to live before Franklin Management took over.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely high water bill, $40 over normal charges in first month. No one will acknowledge the difference between Franklin's bill and Sierra's, the previous owners. Waiting till next month's charges to proceed with actions. Bad start to a new company. Had my trailer for 20.5 years on this lot.

Experiencia negativa: Since they bought out the trailer park I live in they have been impossible to get in contact with. It took me 3 months to figure out who to pay my trailer payment to since my lot rent was the only thing showing up on my account. I found out when the old owners called asking for money, which I left multiple messages, and even spoke with a different account manager for another property and they still never bothered to call me back. The only time I received a call was when I missed a payment, but when I called back I was told my account manager was busy and she’d call me back... Y’all suck big eggs

Experiencia negativa: Franklin Mgt. I was wondering if you read these reviews, I see that you changed your address, so I'm assuming you do. Why would you require something from your tenants that you don't require of yourself. You require tenants to clean up their yards, but yet you let the streets go and the curbs build up with mud, water, leaves. Why don't you have your 'landscaping company' clean the curbs. Warwick Mobile Homes. Those of you that said Franklin was so great and the best you ever rented from, you all must not be living in Warwick Mobile Home. The roads, Oh My Goodness, the roads. They got the nerve to be going up on the rent again and won't even fix the roads. Potholes at least 6 inches deep and 12 inches wide, how am I supposed to continue to pay for the wheel alignments that they won't pay for. Water pressure sucks!!!!!! The maintenance male has it out for certain residents. I have seen trailers in falling down shape and nothing done, but you let one bit of material be in certain residents lot, and they are sited for it. The only reason I still live here is I haven't found the right piece of land to put mine on. Oh, back to the roads, stop letting your jack leg companies do the patching jobs, pay for a real company to come and do the work correctly and while you are at it, cleanup the vacant lots, fix the roads and clean the curbs. Mud in some locations is at least an inch thick. Clean up what you are responsible for!

Experiencia negativa: Franklin Management is trash. They took over Magnolia Lakes a few months ago and I can definitely tell the difference from the previous owners. Street lights have been out the entire time they've been managing the property because instead of running a new line as recommended they'd rather be cheap and have us in the dark. Obviously they care nothing about the safety of the residents.

Experiencia negativa: I just found out this is the management company that purchased Nassau Woods in Savannah Georgia. My mother lived there for almost 20 years, it was always a very nice park, clean with great looking lawns, strict rules about noise and outside appearances, family place..... Well I came to visit her a year ago and about died. WTH happened to this place? Pot holes in streets, every trailer was run down, trash everywhere, broke down cars, loud music, no kids playing, looked like there were 3-4 families per trailer, and at night idiots were roaming the park drunk and loud, starting fights. I can't believe it got that bad. If that is what happens to a park when you take over, you should be charged as slum lords.

Experiencia positiva: I loved working with Jacinta. She was very helpful in my moving process. Hee time was flexible and she always answered any questions I had no matter what time of the day. To say the least, I love my new home. My only concern is the parking. I have a big family that would like to come visit, but there is no where to park which really sucks. But, I have to say that's my only complaint. My overall experience was great. It's only been a month so I'm hoping things will stay the same.

Experiencia negativa: I reported a leak to those people and they screamed at me and ordered me to fix the problem within 24 hrs. Well the leak was their problem and after seven months of me waiting for them to fix it my house was literally sitting in a lake and it ruined may home I have black mold all through my house my walls are wet and crumbling my floors are warped up my roof has warped up my windows are broken my doors are warped I can't shut them and my home is ruined and it's sitting in nothing but water these people will not fix anything and my house needs to be replaced it's totally ruined and I spent 18 years paying for it and now we're living in mold and everyone is sick from it. This company is disgusting and they try to people so they move. It is horrible.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst Management company ever! The trees are not trimmed back, there is trash constantly all over what you would call a playground. The curfew rule is rarely followed, and people get so drunk fist fights break out and the cops have to be called. And some neighbors who shouldn't own guns for various legal reasons come out of their house and fire them! Call Management what is done nothing.. Some residents are allowed to do whatever they want, for example leave a dirty mattress and box springs leaning on the back of their 2 br 2 bath home with 4 adults and 4 children living in it! Against HUD laws! The trash sitting there for almost a month has brought roaches in my home! Which I own!!! 4-5 cars are parked in the driveway and on the grass, also against the rules! I had a small chicken wire run up, I'm disability on limited income waiting for my refund to put up a real fence, they don't follow the Disability act, (fair and reasonable accommodation) the owner Mr. Franklin trespasses on my lot without permission, takes pictures and tells me I have 30 days or I will be evicted!!!! He does not even have the courtesy to let me know or speak to me as a gentleman! He slinks in and slinks out! My check is early every month without fail!!!! And I am given zero respect! But my neighbors can overcrowd a house, leave trash everywhere for over a month and nothing is done. I have other problems with 5 adult relations living across the street partying all the time while living of their 73 year old mother/aunt and the Management company will not give me their names so I can file an official no trespassing order! (Not to mention the 12 feral cats she feeds you do nothing about the fact that they that urinate all over my deck? Do you make her claim them? Get their vaccinations up to date? She also has 2 dogs, isn't 14 pets against the pet policy) Siting the Privacy act of 1974 as your reason. You can follow the privacy act but not the acts of HUD or the Disability act?? I now find out that our rent is going from $430 to $450! For what, the streets have huge potholes, you don't come out and spray for bugs, you don't cut back the trees, what new amenities am I getting for the extra money? Absolutely nothing. Some of the staff is extremely rude, and just look for things to fine you for. This is an organization of pure greed. Mismanaged, unaware of the appropriate laws to run the park and have to be nagged to do their jobs. Remember, if it wasn't for all of us feeding your family with our hard earned money, where would you be? Time to realize, that sometimes the customer is right and be a little more humble and grateful instead of acting rude, and entitled. This is a right to work state, you property managers can be fired at any time. And I will not be forced to leave my home that I paid for and maintain as a disabled American because the Management and my neighbors are providing me with a hostile place to live.

Maria and Jacinta were very helpful in getting me approved for a beautiful, like new, home. They are very responsive to maintenance requests, when needed. Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, the best rental experience I've had so far, they were very flexible with credit my situation, and with the entire financial situation. The home I just opted to Rent-to-Own, which is a cool option they offer, is brand new, great quality, and very pleasing, in a quiet, and safe community. Maria and Jacinta, were very helpful throughout the entire process including the move-in inspection, being very tedious on even the smallest details to ensure 110% satisfaction. Which is an A+ in my book because a lot of company's today are buy, buy, buy and don't show much concern for their tenants... The respect they show goes all the way up to the top, with Mr. Franklin himself whom I had a chance to speak with a few times, and his flexibility, understanding and willingness to work with people, lured me in from the beginning.... Overall, I'm highly satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone looking to relocate to a great community. -Malik Burns

Experiencia fantástica: This is my second stay with Franklin management my first stay was great Maria n Stephanie really welcomed me as family I travel a lot so when I was away I was able to pay my rent when I returned with no late fees whenever I had an issue they were there to resolve it I love that maintenance came once a month to check on units n if I call they were there n now I'm back in another unit n again they welcomed me as family the units are clean n every thing is running n just perfect for me so I give them 5,stars thx Maria n Stephanie for everything n I'm looking forward to staying with you guys for a long time unless my job sends me out again appreciate you all Ray Johnson

Experiencia positiva: I have lived here 10 years prior to Franklin Management taking over the trailer park. They will not allow our children to have swing sets, trampolines, or swimming pools that were here before they came. Their fines are ridiculously high and they like to threaten you about getting fined. They look for problems. They make me feel bullied and as if I am being pushed out. I don't like the way I am made to feel here and in my 13 years here I have NEVER been a day late on my rent. I like the local managers Carmelita and Justin. But the rules are strict and there is no room for error here. Kinda feel like you can't be free to enjoy life here anymore. I love it here because this is what i called home 10 yrs before Franklin took over. But they need to allow us to live. We pay to live here. Let us live! Water bill also went up to 50 from a steady 25 since new trailers have been moved in per the company. I question why the spike? I am sure this review will cause me problems but it is what it is. I am over it! Just leave me alone! I pay you to live here. Let me live! I don't party, I don't do anything to cause this company problems. I am not PERFECT! Make room for understanding and work with your patrons!!

Experiencia negativa: The worst people to ever do business with, they are thieves and tell you that your family cannot visit you. They have had money stolen from them and then demand the tenets pay it back or they are evicted Don't even get me started on how much money they steal with the "water bill". Never ever rent from these people ever!
