Experiencia negativa: The house was very nice. It is an 1870 vintage with a modern kitchen. However, the grass wasn't mowed. The bushes and shrubs needed trimmed. The weeds needed pulled. The trashcan was full of old trash. I repaired three items in the house that needed minor attention. The pillows on my bed should have been pitched years ago. They weren't good and were stained badly. It was a pleasant place for our stay.
