Unfortunately my Father passed away and he was a caregiver for my Mother. As a result we moved my Mother to Arizona to be with us for care. We were not able to be present for the home sale process and Deja took on the process as if she was part of our family. Experiencia negativa: UNPROFESSIONAL Deja showed up late to the closing. The title agent gave me the numbers to review(for the very 1st time) while I sat alone with the buyers and their agent. It was my first time meeting any of them. When Deja arrived she looked over the settlement papers for the FIRST time herself, using her cellphone to calculate if the figures/cost were accurate. I got up to use the restroom and upon returning Deja jumped out of her chair(in the presence of buyers, buyer agent, title agent) enticing me to use the settlement proceeds to purchase a disgusting rehab property! BEFORE the papers were even signed to sell my home she was trying to hook me again! After having expressed to her in the days leading up, that I was not happy with her service and couldnt wait for it to be over with. MADE ME FEEL LIKE A LIAR Throughout the selling process I forwarded information to Deja that she would later say I did not and then require me to urgently re-forward. High anxiety was the common theme during communications with Deja. WORKED FOR THE BUYER NOT HER CLIENT For this sale it was a dual sided commission $$$ for her agency so she made me jump through hoops to satisfy the buyers demands and stick with the buyer she secured. Her agency held 1 open house and "refused to seek other potential buyers" , after HER DUAL AGENCY secured the buyer. I felt rushed through the process, as well as forced to submit to any buyer request to keep the sale going. When a number was to be offered to make up for needed repairs she pressured me to offer more $ off than I thought was fair,  to make the deal more enticing for the buyer. CONCLUSION **Bottom line Is **Be prepared to do alot of work yourself through the process.  And STILL PAY HER A COMMISSION$$$ She may get you full asking price but Deja will have you giving that money back to the buyer through 1 consession or another. Especially if her agency represnts both sides of the deal.
