Everyone on his team was fantastic and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Carle helped us find our home about a year ago and she was amazing. Dedicated to helping you find your home and on top of all of your questions. We had had such bad experiences with real estate agents before her. All insanely pushy and obviously only in it for the commission. We found Carle and it was a culture shock. Carle as your real estate agent feels like you’re home shopping with your best friend. You’d be lucky to get paired with Carle!!

Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Mike Law The moment that you meet Mike, you will know that he is your guy. Mike wasn’t just trying to sell us a house, he was helping us find a home. I can’t see how we could have found this home without him. We were first time buyers and Mike made sure to connect us with everyone we needed to make the process as easy as possible. The process seemed oddly simple even in its complexity and this was all because of Mike. It’s not easy buying a home and the stress just adds onto it, if you are lucky enough to connect with Mike then consider yourself way ahead of the game. There aren’t enough words or posts I could write to show our gratitude towards him! Simply put, thank you for everything Mike.

Experiencia fantástica: Mike was outstanding—professional, responsive, and went above and beyond for us . He made the entire home buying process seamless and stress-free. Great communication, easily accessible and an overall pleasure to work with! We coordinated together to close smoothly and on time for our clients! Looking forward to our paths crossing again!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I could not have asked for a better realtor! First of all, she has the best energy and is so fun to work with. Cathy is an amazing realtor because she truly gets to know you and your family’s needs. We were first time homebuyers and moving from out of state for a military move on a tighter than normal timeline. She was more than willing to work with our unique situation, supported us through the whole process, and ultimately found us an amazing home we are so excited about. Everyone on her team was a pleasure to work with and made the process seamless. I highly recommend Cathy and her team to anyone, especially military families. Couldn’t be any happier!

Experiencia fantástica: Mike Law was outstanding and amazingly helpful in our search for our forever home in Southern New Jersey. He was always available to answer any questions, discuss, and provide amazing information for us. He always made time available to assist us in viewing homes and providing contacts for the next steps once we signed the contract for our house. We highly recommend Mike and his team if you are in need of a realtor! Hands down incredible experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Once my wife and I decided we were going to sell the house - one of the early steps was finding just the right realtor. We interviewed a handful of people and chose to work with Cathy. The reason being, we felt "comfortable" with her. She was very gregarious and chock full of experience. She was also very confident, but not cocky - which is a turn off. Cathy has had tremendous success over the years not only selling homes, but also assembling an amazing "team" to assist her. Almost like her own personal Super friends - some of which included Juan (who helped with getting the home super show ready), Joe her attorney, the title company and a few others. Cathy really had a vision for us and we felt comfortable. Sure enough, everything played out perfectly. She helped us with the sale of the house and we are very happy for the new home owners and wish them much happiness. THANK YOU, Cathy...If you are in that neck of the woods and are looking to sell YOUR home, please do not hesitate to reach out to Cathy Hartman and her team. You will be in the best of hands! - Daniel H.

Experiencia fantástica: When it was time to sell our home, we were lost. We spoke with a few realtors before Cathy but they didn't have the same energy and enthusiasm. Cathy has years of experience and it shows. She provides real data of houses selling in the surrounding area that helps form a realistic dollar amount for the value of your house based on the data and your personal homes' unique features. She is transparent about her pricing. Cathy has a fine eye for detail and does a phenomenonal job of prepping houses for show appealing to modern esthetic and showing off the homes' potential. We were happy we went with Cathy and would do so again when we are ready for our next property.

Experiencia fantástica: Cathy was an amazing resource for me and my husband when we were selling our home! She uses her 20+ years experience in staging homes and real estate to ensure the home seller maximizes the sale price! Cathy has a team that takes care of all the details and makes it easy to handle this complex transaction! Thank you to Cathy and her team!

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Cathy and her team to sell or buy a new home with! Before we even put our house in the market Cathy was there to give me excellent tips on how to get the most from our sale. Here recommendations of craftsmen, stores and style choices were right on the mark. Cathy was there when it was time to go on the market and her team was right there to help! Every step was done on a timely manner and with excellence. Our home sold and the lawyer Cathy recommended was excellent and always responsive if I had a question. Great experience with Cathy and Better Homes & Gardens!

Experiencia fantástica: Mike helped us find our dream house. We have lived there for about a month now and love it. He was honest through the whole process if he thought a house would be a good deal for us. During the process, we were also selling our condo. We were really nervous our condo wasn’t going to sell when our HOA fees doubled at a horrible time. Mike worked really hard to get it sold in the timeline we wanted with our wedding approaching. He was kind and reassuring through the whole process. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor who truly cares! Thank you Mike!!! Referring you to all our friends.

Our realtor was a wealth of information and always available at all steps in the process, which really helped to make us comfortable purchasing our first home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently sold our home through Cathy Hartman with Better Homes & Garden Maturo Realty Group. Cathy gave the best advice when we told her we were going away for an extended stay. She told us to list it the day we leave… not to wait until we return. It was the BEST Advice and so glad we listened. Cathy was confident we would have a buyer before we returned. We listed it and 24 days later we closed with a cash buyer. Cathy goes beyond any realtor we ever used. When we sell/buy again Cathy Hartman will be the realtor we call… and you should too!

Experiencia fantástica: Cathy and her team were absolutely wonderful through out the entire process. Cathy was never pushy, listened to all of my needs and guided me through the sale of my house and purchase of my new home. She took time to understand my needs and connected me to so many wonderful individuals that assisted me with repairs and improvements on both homes. From titling to the attorney she referred me to (was a wonderful attorney!!) I felt comfortable and confident in my decision to sell and re-purchase in this market. They say a good testament of a person/business is to see who they choose to surround themselves with. Who they partner with and they work with. Every person on Cathy’s team was warm and welcoming. With Cathy you are in good hands and have a team in your corner that has your back! When purchasing or selling a home look no where else than Cathy Hartman’s Team!

We had been dealing with a previous real estate agent that just wasn't communicating with us and wasn't as knowledgeable as we had hoped. Upon meeting Cathy and her assistant, we knew we were in good hands. They asked all the pertinent questions and never lost patience with us when we asked our questions. Even if Cathy wasn't available, her assistant jumped right in and scheduled showings and took us around. Every email was answered almost immediately and every phone call taken. Cathy's knowledge of local real estate, school systems, tax bases, and the home buying experience made us comfortable and made the process relatively easy for us. Her mortgage expert was proactive in getting all necessary paperwork prepared and to underwriting, making that experience a little easier. Truly, this is a stellar team.
