Lauren knows how to negotiate like a PRO. We got a multifaceted historic deal on our home during busy season and it was solely because we had her as our advocate. Lauren offers her professional opinion when asked, and never forced her own POV during the process. Lauren also knew all of the neighborhoods we were looking at in full detail (basically all of Colorado). If you want a low stress and fun home buying experience, with a realtor who will treat you like family, and bat for you like a lawyer in a courtroom, then reach out to Lauren to be your realtor!

After too short a time in the area, we needed to move again and with a short time frame that meant we would be absent while our condo was listed. Experiencia fantástica: 2024 Update: After three years in my perfect little house, Lauren helped me sell! We listed in June 2024 and we received an offer, above asking price, within 12 hours? Less? Unfortunately, the buyer's financing fell through to no fault of his own - banks amirite - and Lauren got us back up hours later. Again, it took less than 24 hours to receive an offer - this time for full asking price and it was CASH! We closed on time and everything went super smoothly. Lauren is great to work with - she listens, she genuinely cares, and she knows the market. Her knowledge of the market got us listed at the right price to sell quickly. I've seen so many listings up for weeks with price reductions and I didn't want to be in that boat - she made sure we weren't. So so so grateful to know Lauren. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. 2021: I had the privilege of working with Lauren to find the perfect little house for me and my dog. I thought I wanted to move from Boulder to Denver - Lauren showed me about 30 houses over 3 weeks and none of them were quite right. Then one day, I went to Longmont and thought, "I could live here." I immediately got online and found a house that needed to have offers submitted in the next two days. I reached out in a panic - I'm sure surprising her with my sudden change in direction - but she was ON IT! Lauren scheduled us a showing for the next day - I loved the house - and she submitted our offer that night. She was extremely patient with us as we worked to sell our house, and took the time to explain every step of the process and make sure we had our expectations for the Boulder-area housing market. My husband and I ended up backing out due to some restrictions on the title, but Lauren assured us we had to go with our gut, and that it would all work out. If you don't read any further in this review, you should know that Lauren is kind, thoughtful and extremely skillful and we would not have landed our home in the competitive Golden, CO market without her! She is the kind of person that you look forward to hearing from and her frequent, professional and comprehensive communications made the home buying process honestly feel pretty easy even though we were first time home buyers. She kept abreast of all the upcoming deadlines during closing and handled a ton of logistics on our behalf. When we found the home we wanted to make an offer on, Lauren acted quickly and kept us informed of the progress.
