From start to finish, Patrick was very knowledgeable and hands-on with regards to the process. Before the property was even listed, he gave us an overview of his process for listing and marketing and made sure we felt confident we were in great hands. During the listing phase and after our property was on the market, Patrick continued to show great customer care by updating us on the response the open house, when the property was being shown to potential buyers and did a great job in making sure the right buyer was found. After selling the property extremely quickly, it solidified to us that we made the right choice in choosing Patrick to be our Real Estate agent. Experiencia fantástica: We used Patrick to buy our new home and sell our old one. His entire team at the Hawkins Collective gave us the best experience both buying and selling. We are more than happy with the purchase our new home and thrilled with the results of selling our old house. I think the most significant aspect of the experience was Patrick’s attention to detail in both transactions, his communication, and his negotiation skills. I will tell anyone who will listen to use Patrick as their realtor!

Experiencia fantástica: Patrick redefines what it means to be a realtor. My wife and I first met Patrick a few years prior to purchasing our home. We stayed in touch knowing we would buy eventually, but we were unsure when. What stood out to us most during this time was how patient and professional Patrick was throughout the years. He answered countless questions and made sure to always be working on our timeline, not his. Once we started visiting homes, he was thorough and made sure to raise questions that we did not know to ask. He helped us remain focused on what we said was most important in a home. Finally - when it came time to make an offer (in the midst of a highly competitive market) he was exceptional. Not just with helping us create an attractive offer, but for how proactive he was with reaching out to our lender and the listing agent throughout the entire process. We will continue to recommend Patrick and his team to anyone that asks. -Bryan & Mary Jarrettsville, MD

Experiencia fantástica: I met Mr Patrick Hawkins through my nephew. Patrick was his realtor, so I got to observe him as he went through the buying process with my nephew. My nephew was high maintenance as this was his first home buying experience. I knew then, that if Patrick could assist my nephew then he would be my realtor when i got ready to sell my home. Patrick endured changing scenarios with me. Initially I was going to sell, then the pandemic hit and finally changing courses and deciding to rent my home. Patrick walked me thru processing all firms to register my home as a rental property , ensuring everything was legal and binding. Also Patrick is very informative, personal and responsive. Every call and text was answered almost immediately. I wish he could be my realtor at my new location.

Thorough, professional, fun, really knows he stuff. Answered my millions of questions and really was an advocate for me as a buyer. He’s also a really cool, down to earth guy! Fast forward to 2020, he helped us buy another house this past March. Same quick, seamless, easy process. We have referred friends to him, and will continue to do so, and plan to use him in the future when we decide to purchase again. Thanks Patrick!

He is super friendly and when I reached out to him for his advice, he never once came off as pushy or pressuring into things. Knowledgeable, professional and I would highly recommend him and his teams services. PS, his Facebook content is always great as well but that's just a bonus.
