I have to say I am a very picky customer, I had tons of "requirements", and was easy to reject most of the homes on market because of (location/traffic/house conditions/etc). I can summarize our experience with Iris in the following way: 0) Iris saved us MONEY by feeling the market sooo good so we didn't have to overpay for our new house! 1) Iris listen very carefully to our requirements, noted all of them during our first call and was following on them during our journey 2) Iris was able to learn what house we "would like" to buy like an AI :). It took us 2-3 iterations, after which Iris was proposing to us exactly what we were ready to come and see 3) I never ever can remember that Iris was pushing us to buy any of the properties or rushing us with decision making PS: We definitely want to work with Iris again when will be ready for our next move!

When we decided to buy a house I was looking through the local agents, mainly reading reviews to find the one we would like to work with. Based on reviews I decided to start with Iris and after our first conversation I’ve got a feeling that she is the right agent for us and stopped looking further. In the reviews I saw pretty often that she provides honest feedback on the property and does not push, which is incredibly important for me and this is exactly how Iris is working. At the beginning I explained Iris what kind of house we are looking for and I was impressed with the houses she started to show. She understood perfectly what kind of options and trade offs will work for us and never bothered us with houses we were not interested in. And that is very different from how the majority of agents are working. We both are full time workers and have a toddler, so we are very busy and time matters a lot for us. Iris didn’t waist even minute of our time, she understood perfectly what we want, communicated super efficiently, explained very clearly the whole process to the first time home buyers. She were extremely knowledgeable about each location and helped a lot with inspection reports understanding. Her incredible experience and honest feedback about everything made the whole process very smooth and stress free. I started the whole process of house hunting with a thought that perfect houses does not exist and anyway I will have to go with some trade offs, and I still can’t believe that we were able to buy just a perfect house for us, no trade offs at the end.
