She was able to help us search for a house in the area we wanted to live in and she gave us a range of houses to look at that fit in our price range. After meeting us, she was able to show us houses that she thought we would like. I never felt like I was being shown houses that I would not like or felt pressured by her to buy quickly. Everything was done on my terms and followed my timeline. In the offers we lost on, Annette was able to give us a reason as to why our offers were not approved so that we could learn from our “mistakes” and do better on the next offer. Overall, the house we eventually ended up buying is perfect for us and we were able to share our plethora of ferns with Annette. Experiencia negativa: Anette and her staff tried to take advantage of a young man, in his early 20's, first time home buyer. They attempted to sneak in a counter offer that increased the homes price without explaining it to him but instead telling him it's a time sensitive document that he needed to sign immediately. Then once his parents stepped in seeing some unethical practices, more than what was just mentioned, he pulled out of the offer. He purchased a home with another agent from a different agency. They're response was less then professional. We've all communication still saved being in the day and age of texts and emails. The scary part is that, Anette's agent Julie explained to us, when we started to question the change in price,that we need not worry as her broker Annet goes to Madison and is on the board to regulate real estate. Our experience with them was extremely unethical, and unprofessional. Again im able to back that statement up with documentation. Homes are the largest purchases most people will ever make. Be sure you have good honest resources to help make sure your transaction goes smoothly and in YOUR best interest.
