Due to the distance, we went through the entire home purchasing process on-line, and it worked just fine. Chris honed in on our priorities for a new home, and forwarded us places that met our needs. If we wanted to investigate further a property, she set up a time to zoom, and would walk through the property with her camera showing us whatever we requested. I also found very useful some of the Facebook posts that she has created to give us a better idea of the Fox Cities area. She was always available to answer questions, and we now consider her both an excellent resource and a friend. I have now lived in six states, and my experience with Chris is at the very top of how realtors should treat clients - friendly, consistent, available, honest, knowledgeable about the area, and willing to stay within her clients parameters.
