We loved our house and it held a lot of sentimental value, however with a young daughter in the home now, we knew it was only a matter of time before we had to move. We had outgrown the space and desperately needed something more accommodating for our work from home lifestyle and 4 year old. With Amanda’s help we were able to find something new. Our current house wasn’t even on the market when we signed the contract for the new one. We went into a little bit of a panic mode; what if our house doesn’t sell right away? What were we thinking? Amanda assured us not to worry and she would handle it. She made recommendations on how to make our house stand out from others on the market; what to highlight and draw attention too. We took all of her wonderful advice. Within days, she had our house being advertised everywhere; social media, the paper, online real estate outlets, etc. As soon as we were ready, Amanda had her photographer at the house; he took the most beautiful pictures of our old home it almost made us sad to leave and question our decision to go!
