Experiencia fantástica: Scott accomplished the impossible! Where others were pessimistic about our situation Scott found the way to sell our home in record time, and we were able to move into our new home across the country in no time. He wore many hats over the past couple of months but the most crucial was the way he advised us through to our goal, from the first conversation to our latest phone call. Even when things got tough, Scott remained professional and optimistic, and handled everything we threw at him with grace. What a journey, but we feel blessed to have had Scott to guide us through every step of the way.

Experiencia fantástica: When deciding on selling my house in this crazy market, I didn’t know who to go with. So many realtors out there hungry for a sale and lots of uncertainty around pricing, what to ask, rates, how to pick the right buyer, how to market my home, what order to take the next steps, etc. Met Scott through my mortgage company and met for coffee at a local diner. Scott came prepared and explained everything in detail and went over his strategy with me. He didn’t pressure me, explained the market and ideas he had for my neighborhood, and finding comparable home sales in the area. Scott was realistic but also optimistic on getting me top dollar for my home. After thinking about it and processing all he had told me, I decided to go with him and it was a great decision. Scott took the time to walk through every aspect of my house to ensure it was the most attractive and marketable. He had a professional photographer come through and took quality pictures to showcase the home. Scott’s constant and detailed communication was strategic and well thought out. We had over 50 showings in one weekend and several offers by the end of the weekend. Scott’s detailed spreadsheet showcased all of the offers in a clean and easy to follow format, and his advice on choosing the right buyer was very helpful. He worked hard to find solid comps and met the appraiser at my home when the time came, and the house appraised better than expected because of his due diligence and hard work. Scott oversaw the entire process as a true professional and an advocate. Highly recommend! Thanks, Scott.

Experiencia fantástica: We loved having Scott as our realtor and look forward to using him again in the future! He was super reassuring to all our questions and helped move everything along quickly.

Because you gain more than just Realtor, you gain a friend that will steer you in the right path. He made buying a house One of the best experiences ever. And I’m looking forward to a great future with investing into properties with him as my realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: I would not be a first time home owner right now if it wasn’t for Scott!! Scott was highly recommended by a friend, and I am so happy I went with her word. He is so professional, friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and really was with us through the whole home buying experience. I believe Scott and his peers have done an excellent job explaining and Re-explaining all parts of this extensive process, also they were able to move each step of the home buying process along in a timely manner. It is a Imperative to have a great guy like Scott on your side when accomplishing such a huge feat!! Thank so much Scott
