Experiencia fantástica: This is my second time working with Chase Burns. I'm new to buying and selling recreational property. The prospect of buying land can be stressful for newbies. The first property I bought was listed by Chase. He answered all my questions promptly and scheduled time for us to walk the property. I told him I was interested in making an offer and he helped me put one together. He also introduced me to 1031 exchanges. I closed on the property soon after that. Fast forward a few years and I was ready to upgrade. I found a property I really liked and made an offer prior to selling my farm. Buying before selling can be stressful if you need the proceeds to finance the new property. Chase provided guidance on how much to offer on the property I wanted to purchase. He also provided a pricing strategy for my property to maximize profit. Chase was patient with me. Clock was ticking to close on the new property and we needed to sell mine quickly.
