Even though her clients bought another house, she stayed in touch and sat one of my open houses and gave me advice based on what was going on with the market. After no luck with my FSBO I decided to list with Sam. She called me every week to discuss what was going on. She sent me market reports and followed up with every agent that brought someone to my house. She had access to information and relationships with realtors that a FSBO can never have.
