Experiencia negativa: Our experience with this realtor was unfortunately not a positive one. In the beginning, we were told a lot of the things we wanted to hear, but when it came time to follow through, the experience did not match what was promised. Within the first two weeks, the focus was already on lowering the price rather than standing behind the original strategy and putting in the work to properly market and sell the property. When concerns came up, there seemed to be very little accountability and always an excuse for why something wasn’t getting done or why things weren’t going as planned. One of the biggest lessons from this experience is that looking good on social media and delivering results in real-life situations are two very different things. Marketing yourself well online doesn’t necessarily translate into strong communication, accountability, follow-through, or performance for your clients. We expected professionalism, a clear strategy, consistent effort, and someone who would stand behind what they told us from the beginning. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I believe reviews should reflect the actual experience—good or bad. Based on ours, I would not personally recommend this realtor

Experiencia fantástica: MUST READ: I had such a hard and irritating time trying to get a mortgage pre approval and a realtor who understood me and what my needs were and not telling me what I needed without knowing me. I needed to be in a house within 2 months. I was under so much stress! Stressing my family would be out on the street moving from a rental. THAN! Things happen for a reason! I ran into this amazing guy Paul, he got me a preapproval the same day!!!! For way more than I expected!!!! He than referred me to Fallon!!! After having so many bad experiences with realitor’s I had no hope. One phone call with Fallon (on a Sunday afternoon at the least) I knew I had the right person on my side! I brought millions of properties to her and she knew exactly what turn offs to look for within them! I can honestly say she had my back as if it was her own back! She cared for my family as if they were her own family! Fallon didn’t just get me into a beautiful home for much less but also did it in world breaking time! A little less than a month we made settlement. It really has been a fantastic experience! I do plan to get involved into real-estate my self, renting them out. You bet your rear end I will be contacting Fallon to handle any future home buying experiences again and again and again!
