Experiencia negativa: Plus Property Management and the realtor Melissa Sanabia with Remax has shown bias from the beginning of the process. Very hesitant to show the property, initially when I reached out to have a virtual tour . Her immediate response mentioned the owner is requesting a 700 credit score . I said ok they should be fine. She then scheduled time for the virtual tour. At the end I asked what are the next steps. We applied for the townhouse, I let Melissa know she said the owner would reach out by end of the week. I waited a week and a half only for me to reach out and ask for an update. My husband and I reviewed or credit reports only to find the company hadn’t even pulled our credit. Melissa proceeded to say , “Hi Alexis, my apologies for the delay. The owner was taking a while to decide. He unfortunately approved another application. If it falls through or anything changes I will definitely let you know.” The bias was highlighted as our credit was never reviewed they accepted $100 for my husband and I and never even reviewed our application. Or else we would see it on our credit report as we selected the box to receive once it was ran. Plus Property Management and Melissa Sanabia are liars, unprofessional and show bias.

We have called PM multiple times, with multiple issues including mold, to no avail. Something that makes it even worse is that when they do have something fixed it’s done halfway and then phone calls begin to be ignored. On top of that they are completely inconsistent with billing.

We decided thirty days beforehand that we wanted to purchase a home and everything came together so quickly and easily. Our realtor worked with us in every way possible to ensure that we could get the home we wanted to be in. He even traveled from center city daily - leaving his full time desk job as an attorney to assist us with our home buying process. We were pretty specific with what we wanted (new home build or fairly new) and our realtor did not fail us. When we expressed interest in a home he would not only tour the home with us but he also took us to see additional homes in the area the same day which is how we found our current home. We will be using Remax again in the future. I have recommended Remax to all my friends and colleagues. I have known Matin for many years but just 2 months ago I asked him to help me and my girlfriend buy a duplex in Philadelphia. He said “I’m going to help you buy this house just like I were buying it for myself”. This came to pass as we closed on the property last Wednesday. During the process Matin negotiated hard on our behalf reducing the sales price significantly. We were also able to use his team to attain a loan with upfront costs that we could afford and with payments that still allow the property to cash flow. I would not use another realtor to buy or sell property in Philadelphia or its surrounding suburbs. NO ONE is more knowledgeable in this market than him and his team.
