He identified simple corrections we could make that would have meant delays or costly changes to the contract had they been identified during inspection. On the other side, when it was time for us to be the buyers, he looked at each house with us in the same thorough manner that he would have looked if he was the one buying. His years of experience remodeling and repairing homes is an asset that cannot be overstated. Some agents would just let you walk around a property and relay questions for you. David, on the other hand, found so many points to consider that I didn't even know I needed to look for. He can explain everything from the age and R number of the AC units, the advantages of heat pumps, the best deck sealant, and recommendations on energy (money) saving insulation improvements. You might even catch him testing the water pressure or visually checking that all the soffits are in good condition. We've never worked with a Realtor who has the breadth of knowledge and provides a level of guidance as David! We've recommended him to everyone who will listen, and they all report back a similarly high level of satisfaction.
