During our homebuying process, she listened to our wants/needs and kept us informed on matching opportunities, eagerly/promptly arranging to personally show us a number of good options for our new home. Once under contract, she was truly our advocate/negotiator guiding us along through every detail of the subsequent closing process. Several days before the Closing date set for our home purchase, disaster struck, and the then vacated home had a waterline break inside flooding the entire ground floor necessitating remediation/drying, then interior refinishing and flooring replacement. She then worked diligently to manage the Seller via their Agent to facilitate completion of all required repairs promptly so that closing could be rescheduled and occur within a couple of weeks, saving us the potential added costs of furniture storage and temporary living arrangements that at the time of the incident, seemed would be unavoidable. Bottom line, Jennifer is a seasoned professional real estate Agent and did an outstanding job for us, with us, to achieve the purchase of our dream home…
