Thirteen years ago she patiently showed us property for sale in Indian Hammock Hunt and Riding Club, inc. After three visits to a particular property we decided to buy it and made an offer. The owner spoke to Marianne at length and accepted! We were very happy there. However, I continued to get older and my health deteriorated. My wife found a nice Continuing Life Care Community retirement... but we needed the money from selling the house, fast. One call to Marianne and she came right out with a photographer and tons of info for us, verbal and written. She made us feel like thirteen years had not even passed. In a short time we received a very reasonable offer and were on our way. Many Blessings for an honest, hard working woman who really understands people.
