Having worked with other agents in the past I thought I had a good idea of what a real estate agent was helpful for and not, but Blair not only met all of my and my wife's expectations but she went above and beyond and created new expectations we did not even know were possible to have. I cannot recommend her enough if you are lucky enough to have her as a potential agent. From finding properties, to viewing homes, making offers, doing due diligence, and closing Blair was exceptional every step of the way. And more than that, she was genuinely kind, responsive and incredibly easy to work with. When issues arose in the process of buying a home she was on top of them before we even considered them. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about both the area and the process of home buying therein.
