Experiencia negativa: The Gables of Brownlea is a pretty decent complex. However, when I go to visit my friend that lives there, there is ALWAYS big piles of dog poop near the steps and in the grass right in the front of the building. This is a constant problem that Eastern Property Management refuses to resolve.

Experiencia positiva: I love the location of the apartments, but raising the rent after signing every lease is crazy. A room was supposed to be painted over a year ago, but I still have cracks in the paint on the walls. Maintenance sucks, instead of fixing another issue one guy just turned the machine off and now fast forward about 4 months later the drainage is all over the floor.

Experiencia fantástica: I lived here for a year and although there were minor issues with the apartment, my overall living experience was amazing! Leasing office employees were always so helpful. Maintenance literally comes the same day or next morning. Only real issue I had was it being a little warm in the living room during the summer. I never purchased an A/C unit for the living room (I was being cheap lol). I recommend purchasing your own A/C unit for the living room. It’s one in the bedroom and even though I’d leave my bedroom door open, super hot days, it didn’t cool down the living room as much as I’d like. Also, definitely need to replace the bathtub in building 117 apt 24. It’s stained very badly (from I guess whoever stayed there before me). The price and amenities are definitely worth it! I did move 3 hours away, but I would definitely rent with Eastern Property Management again if I ever move back to Greenville! Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Never had any real issues living here! 9/10 definitely recommend!! Thank you EPM for the great experience!

Experiencia positiva: The ladies in the management office are awesome. Thank you ladies for your help and courtesy. When I moved in there were a few things that needed to be addressed and they have been taking care of the items in timely fashion inside the apartment. Outside, the grounds need to be better attended to. We notified the necessary people that the siding was coming off the roof when we moved in and has yet to be addressed, week 3. Someone mentioned that the walls are thin. it's true, you can hear everything and smell it too. My neighbors are smokers. I thought it was a smoke free flat, ugh. I'm glad there is carpet in the bedroom. I suppose it deadens some sound. There could certainly be more closet space but we are making it work. There is no linen closet and no coat closet. The kitchen appliances in the renovated units are stainless steel. The cabinets are white. I'm not sure why the smoke detector is sooo close to the kitchen but it goes off just about every time I cook. If I let it annoy me I'd be a mess. All told it's an alright spot. The washer/dryer hookup is cool but we use the area for storage space (as needed).

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely worst experience over the last 2 years. I’ve lived in EastGate for 2 years now neighbors have been nothing but horrible. Walls are extremely thin you can hear everything! Upstairs neighbors stomp all day also allowed their dog to urinate over their balcony leaving urine to come down on my back door and walking area. When reported, nothing was done. Rent constantly increases with no explanation! My apartment has to be one of the few apartments that hasn’t been renovated, yet they continue to increase rent. When asked if I could transfer to a renovated unit due to rent constantly increasing to market price, I was told I’d have to pay additional fees such as a transfer fee along with another security deposit. Mind you, they are increasing rent to market price but my unit doesn’t look anything like what they advertise for these rates. Do yourself a solid and look elsewhere!

Experiencia fantástica: I have really enjoyed the staff of epm. The office and maintenance teams have exceeded all of my expectations. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable in your home. I highly recommend this company.

Experiencia negativa: What comes to mind when I say excellence in leadership? Lead by example, top grade effort, competency, no excuses. When the time comes I need to hire a leader who puts in minimal effort, is lazy, incompetent and full of excuses I’ll go ahead and call epm to see who they recommend! Whoever put in word for the current manager should be ashamed of themselves. Failure is right in line with minimal effort. I was sent 1 letter which I never got ahold of and despite having my email and phone number; two other methods of contact, the manager MADE THE DECISION to be lazy, unprofessional and never attempt to contact me. After two years of being out of EPM I received a phone call from a debt collector..saying I owed 80 DOLLARS from 2020. EPM sent 1 letter by mail in 2020 that I either never received or got lost in transition, then never bothered to contact me again over an easily resolvable issue. Wars are lost because of leadership like this. What a poor excuse of a manager; my friggin Labrador would be a better leader, at least he knows how to reliably contact me. EPM should take notes

Experiencia fantástica: Maintenance always responds quickly to any maintenance requests sent in and the women in the office are so polite. No complaints.

Experiencia positiva: The Eastern On 10th has been a wonderful place to live! The move-in process for me wasn't completely smooth but after that i have had no issues living here. Maintainence fixes things quickly, the property is always looking nice, and the leasing office is very helpful. The common areas are a nice place to have a few friends over and cook and eat meals in. The bedrooms are very spatious with your own bathroom and pretty good sized closet. Each unit has their own lock on their doors and on each bedroom so I feel safe living here. Compared to some of the other more modern aparments in Greenville, the Eastern is the most affordable. I still have just as nice of a kitchen and bedroom as I did last year living at Gather Uptown and I pay less. Overall, the Eastern On 10th is a great community for a college student and I would definitely recommed living here!

Experiencia positiva: I haven’t yet moved in but from the experience with how they carried themselves through the whole process has been amazing, they were very patient at the leasing office.I wish they could have been a little fast at processing my information because I lost an apartment because of it but that’s just me being a little salty. They did offer me another apartment on gables east which I gotta say I’m pretty happy with! My move in date is soon. I would love to give it 5 stars as soon as I experience the living there

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely loved my time with EPM! I lived in The Gables and did not once have an issue. I can’t speak for other properties, but I would assume the same level of care. I felt like my space was respected by EPM and anything I needed was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I lived here for a year and would have continued my lease if not for moving in with my partner. The neighborhood was decent and well maintained and my actual apartment was nicely renovated, spacious, and well worth the rent. If you’re looking for a place in Greenville (especially as a college student) I highly recommend EPM! I’ve lived at a various places throughout Greenville and this is about the only place I would recommend thus far. Upon moving out my deposit was quickly returned (which has never happened in my years of renting) and even included a cute note from the office! The small things add up and overall I could not have been happier.

Experiencia fantástica: Jenna and Lauren are really good people. Love them to pieces. They have literally helped me every step of the way and have been very patient as well. Overall the neighborhood is great and I have yet to have issues. Been here for two years straight and I don’t want to leave so far. Definitely recommend ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best rental company I have ever rented from no questions asked. The ladies in the office are so nice and very pleasant. I have a huge family, 17 people in my family. The office manager was great in helping me in getting them within a 3 block radius.2 apartments in the Gables on Brownlea,and 2 apartments in Riverwalk. Love that they worked to help keep my family together.

Experiencia positiva: I have my pros and cons. Lived at Ivy Court for over 2 years. Pros: Affordable rent and light bills. Pending of the staffing if you get in a pinch they’ll try to work with you. Cons: You get what you paid for as far as neighbors. They’re always extra out here whether they’re just loud. Sound like they’re fighting once or twice a week. Will have private arguments outside for everybody to hear, folks sitting in front of your door having a full conversation and at times subliminals about you. If you make a complaint the most that will be done is a piece of paper being printed. One of the neighbors will occasionally go outside and fire off a couple of rounds on the side. Calling police about noise complaints is pointless if you’re one of those type of folks cause the walls are hollow. Any complaints about any neighbors will be pointless as well especially if they’re always on time with their rent and you’re behind. If you can afford more then $500 a month avoid Ivy Court. Not a bad property management but this complex is for the birds.

Experiencia fantástica: The service was really fast, they inspected the water heater and found out it was faulty and changed it with a new one within the hour. From the report to the new water heater it took one hour. Very fast service the best I’ve ever seen. I thank Eastern Property Management for the fast response time.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't currently lease under EPM but I have many friends who do and they love it and i love spending time at their place! I've been there when maintenance people showed up and they're all so nice and get things done. I'll definitely be trying to live under EPM next year!!!

Experiencia fantástica: EPM helped me move into the right unit when there was a mix up, it happened the following day! They make sure you are happy with what you are wanting. They make sure everything is good and correct for someone new to move into the unit. Very happy with EPM and Thr Gables! I resigned my lease!

Experiencia fantástica: I love where I live in Riverwalk, one there near campus properties. Great location right on the bus route. If anything goes wrong they have quick and helpful maintenance team that I’m pretty sure is 24hrs!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve lived in river walk for 2 years now and it’s been a great experience! For what we pay in rent, my roommates and I pay in rent we get a really great place to live. EPM has been great, Lauren and Jenna in the office are always there to help with questions about rent or our lease. And Maintanence is very quick to help when and if we have any issues. If I wasn’t moving from Greenville I would likely be there again!

Experiencia negativa: When I moved in everything was broken. The windows, the refrigerator, the AC, the dryer, the stove top, and the dishwasher. There was no fire extinguisher, which is a terrible fire hazard. When our pipes froze, they refused to come out and fix it from Thursday to Monday. My roommates lived without water which meant no showers, no toilets, no brushing teeth, and no cooking. Their defense was that they came out in a timely matter, but they only considered my call, not any of my roommates attempts. I got a hotel (a reasonably priced one) for one night so I could shower and brush my teeth before school and they refuse to reimburse me. Regardless if they think they came out in a "reasonable amount of time" I had to pay over one quarter of my monthly rent just to have the basic means to live.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter’s mother have been an issue about a neighbor lately and very little have been done but when complaints been about our apartment we been addressed. My daughter’s mother can’t even let her kids come outside to play due to the neighbor have 2 sometimes 3 pitbulls go outside back and forth often without a leash. We be looking for a place together hopefully soon so she can leave there.

Experiencia negativa: Kept 900$ worth of security deposit then calls collection agency with out any heads up to collect less than 500$ worth of miscellaneous damages.

Experiencia fantástica: Riverwalk is a great place to live because there are great people in the area and my move in could not have been better because Lauren Crossman and Jenna Slier keep in contact with me and was able to answer any questions I had about the apartments. Crystal Fogal has an awesome team that is willing to help you with any situation you may have.

Experiencia fantástica: The EPM staff is great! They make an effort to go above and beyond for everyone. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Greenville. Also, ask for Lauren if you are interested in one of the properties. She's a rock star ;) Thanks for everything!

Experiencia positiva: I love how understanding they are, however, I contacted emergency maintenance about my broken AC unit, and was told nothing could be done today. I understand that it is a holiday today, however it's about 90 degrees in my house.

Experiencia fantástica: Im not sure about eastern property management but I live in a property owned by a guy in Dockside and i lovw ot here. Besides the fact that hurricane matthew made js on mandatory evac for ttw weeks.
