Experiencia negativa: Be careful with this company, they will find any excuse to use your deposit for maintenance cost they are supposed to pay for. Not to mention that they tried to put in 2 different apartments when I was initially moving. They will have an ad up for one and try to rent you another one. They have janky people doing their maintenance. I'm still trying to get a hold of Gabby to dispute my deposit refund but have not heard back. I would find another option for my rental.

Experiencia negativa: The property management is horrible. We have submitted multiple maintenance requests and they always take their time. Currently, our AC is not working and they don't have the decency to make it a priority to come fix it. We put the request together it fixed 4 days ago and nothing. I called to ask for an estimate and they said they can't provide one. Going to be moving out of here soon.

I called everyone that had signs in front of the apartments in a mile radius of our apartments. The only one that I really felt was the right one was Superior. I could tell that they cared about people. In the last 10 years they have taken my apartment building from OK to very nice, remodeling and still maintaining a good profit. The employees are always very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I hired Superior to manage my building. They started managing right before the pandemic and unfortunately, I did have a tenant fall behind on their rent. Superior Management however took the initiative and applied for rent relief on my behalf and invited the tenant to apply. They reached out to the tenant directly and explained the program and supported with all the documentation that program required. They received some relief and they reapplied again for a second time. I ended up selling my building with that tenant still behind on some rent. Although Superior Management was no longer managing my building, they still followed up with my former tenant and the rent relief program to ensure their application was approved. I was notified and given updates as the weeks and months passed. Superior Management informed me that they had received the funds and would be forwarding to me. I recommend Superior management to any property owner out there.

If you are a property owner and you want a property manager who ensures that the rules are followed and watches out for you as a property owner, you'll be in excellent hands with Yvonne. You'll also know your neighbors have gone through a process to qualify to live their too. Reviews from those who were not able to qualify should make you feel better about the quality of your future neighbors. Obviously not just anyone can move in to one of the properties they manage. I dont need to worry about anything as their owner Services department takes care of paying my taxes, insurance and any bill I have. I handed the property over with a tenant from hell and that was behind on rent and destroying my home. They manage to get them caught up in rent, clean up the house and increased the rent all in a year. I highly recommend this management company to any owner looking for someone professional and honest. The Broker Yvonne will be as honest as they come and will being perspective. Our office is out of state so we needed a company who would oversee the entire process, start to finish. Experiencia negativa: Absolute worst experience! Terrible customer service, and didn’t even have the decency when I was denied, to take 5 minutes and explain why I was denied. Just took $90 for an application and credit check and took off with my money. No explanation, no suggestions, and no questions about my application. Just took the money and no further contact! ** I'd like to follow this review up with a snapshot of a text I just received, in which I was threatened with being sued in small claims court for up to $10,000 if I didn't take down this review. This place is an absolute joke, don't waster your time (if you're a property owner looking for a property manager or if you're looking for a place to rent) go somewhere else that will help you fully. That's cute that the owner of the company would come behind my post and then put all of my business out there for everyone, but couldn't take 5 minutes to explain it to me over the phone when they called. That's okay though, I imagine there will be many more negative posts on google Review and Yelp in the near future for this company. Not really sure what the below comment is talking about my other review of a place in Orange, but hopefully prospective clients read the below reviews and go with another company.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an excellent team to manage your rental! Yvonne got everything under control in the 1st month. And during the slow holiday season too!!! You have no idea how hard it is to fill a vacancy from November till January. Nobody wants to move! But Yvonne’s staff got it done. And their Owner Services Rep keeps me up to date with thorough financials which makes life easy come tax time. Further, Yvonne is well connected with cleaning and maintenance professionals, giving me more time for other obligations. Before, my rental property was like a second job. It really does make a difference when a professional is handling your house. If you need your property rented, look no further!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful for the professionalism and experience of Superior Management. Before trying them, I had terrible experiences with other property management companies. These other property management companies wouldn’t even return my phone calls or emails when I was shopping around for management. One Whittier company even told me that my Long Beach property is too far for them to manage! Yvonne doesn’t let any of the vendors take advantage of my properties either. She treats each contractor bid like it was coming out of her own pocket. And her vendors are so quick to respond to any maintenance that I’ve pretty much stopped using my own vendors who always wanted to go on their own time.

Until finally she was giving me half the rent on one date and the other half whenever she could. And more and more people seemed to be moving in without permission. I finally reached out for help. Fortunately, a friend recommended Yvonne and her team at Superior Management. My friend told me how Yvonne had turned around her property. And sure enough, every issue with my property was taken care within the first month. I highly, highly recommend Yvonne to any homeowner out there. Experiencia negativa: Bad service. They do not answer your email, or phone calls, when you go to the office, the front desk will not great you or look at you. I sent them application to rent a place and they did not responded to me, i had to call to get a confirmation. They are rude in their email and unprofessional. I would not list my house with this company as a landlord.
