We sold our house after we had already moved out of state, which could have been a very stressful experience, but the Drakes constantly went above and beyond. They checked on the house daily, kept us constantly informed on what was happening, and did an absolutely wonderful job getting the place ready to sell. Once we had an offer (the very first day we accepted offers!), they were there at every point and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. In both instances they were fantastic to work with. Both times we were out of the area while the house was on the market, and the properties were empty. While my husband and I were at work we found out there was a bad leak, but it would take both of us hours to get home. David to the rescue! He went to the house and was able to stop the major problem until we could get home and get an expert out to fix it. We were blown away and so incredibly grateful. That is the kind of service you get from the Drakes! Now 4 months later we are in our first home together and love love love it! Experiencia fantástica: Years ago I found Cristal on yelp and contacted her about listing my property. It was my first time listing and I was clueless. She came out, gave me a list of chores to get the house ready. She helped find a handyman and painters to assist. We got the house ready and Cristal had a professional photographer come out to take pictures. The photos looked fantastic. Cristal's description on the listing was amazing. She really knows how to advertise your property. We told her that we needed to get out of the property fast. 45 days after listing we closed escrow. She likes to tell me that is not typical and can't be promised again ;-) So recently I was listing another property, of course I called Cristal again. We did the same evaluation of the property and fixed it all up. I was a little worried about the time frame because several other units in my area had taken several months to get an offer. But they didn't have Cristal. She had her team stage the property to where it looked like something from a magazine. I almost didn't want to leave! Again she got the professional photos and the great write up describing the property. We listed on Thursday, open house Saturday, and we received 2 offers Sunday! Escrow took a little longer this time, but Cristal was on it, calling the buyers lender and agent, and keeping me informed the whole time. I didn't stress because I knew she had my back. Cristal and Sasha worked their magic, and we opened escrow just 5 days later. 28 days later, we closed escrow, and are loving our house! Cristal is a chameleon. She's super adorable, and makes things happen instantly. David looked over the house while we were in escrow, and was super accommodating to show us the house while we were in escrow. He has a keen eye for overlooked items around the house, and pointed out areas small projects we should work on once we owned the house. Honest to goodness, I could not think of a better team to work with when buying a home. Emotions are on overdrive, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed through the whole process. Thankfully, Cristal, Sasha, and David are so down to earth, normal people, that look out for your best interest. It also helps that they're pretty dang cool, and I wouldn't mind just hanging out with them on normal circumstances.

I was a bit surprised and how many layers have been added to the processes since my last purchase a few years ago and Cristal was the perfect Realtor to advise, coach, caution and encourage me along the way. Together we made competitive offers on multiple properties over a few months and lost out to other buyers on a few for various (good) reasons. She discovered properties that we perfect for my taste during these last few months of multiple offers, bidding against cash buyers and homes selling for more than the asking price. Not only did Cristal ultimately find my dream home in the perfect neighborhood but it was not even listed for sale (yet)! She identified the home through her vast number of industry contacts and maneuvered my purchase through some delicate matters with finesse and integrity.
