He helped identify what needed to be done before listing, guided me through the offers to get the best possible price, and handled everything through closing with care and professionalism. I truly appreciated his expertise and would highly recommend him!

Experiencia negativa: I don’t even know where to begin. The absolute worst property management experience we’ve ever had. No final inspection done. We weren’t even told the tenants moved out. We still haven’t received our security deposit. When meeting with the owner sue we got in a heated argument instead of coming to any conclusion. Would not recommend. Our property was also left a mess.

Buying a home can be stressful, but having Maureen in our corner made the entire process so much easier. Experiencia negativa: Literally causing me to not call on listings because of the lazy and outright bad AI staging that theyre using. Put some effort into doing your job, not having a computer do it (extraordinarily poorly) for you.

As soon as we could I knew I wanted to use Megan! She's very knowledgeable, will answer all questions if she's not sure she will get that answer for you! She gives you ideas that you could do with a home when touring! She will make sure the house is what you want in your price point. She helps you from the beginning to the end! Would 10 out of 10 recommend Megan! Thank you for helping our first home!

She made herself available any time we need her advice, answering all of the questions we had through the whole process. Moving cross country and having hiccups with our financing and securing work quickly was a nightmare and Maureen truly helped us feel at ease by keeping us updated and helping us communicate with our financer. Stacie gave us tons of recommendations for things to do with the kids in the area and places to eat at. He’s knowledgeable, professional, patient, and if there was a question he couldn’t answer he knew where to go to get the answer, and was expedient in replying to us.

Experiencia fantástica: Burgan is an exceptional real estate company. We utilized them to sell our house 30 years ago. They sold our current house a week ago. We would recommend this company to buy or sell.

Experiencia fantástica: We went through this Burgan and met our fantastic relator Terra! She’s knowledgeable, sweet and really helped us through a time where it is hard to buy. She was patient, did her research, sent us houses daily and was always trying to help us find what we wanted! She helped us find a fantastic home and we are really happy! We will call Terra in the future when we want to sell and buy again!

Experiencia negativa: This real estate company did nothing to help us with an issue with a house they sold us- it was zoned one way and sold to us another- Julie Mills at first was helpful but later stopped responding obviously only after her commissions and her bragging she’s “the best agent burgan has” which is a scary thought based on this whole experience with her. Honestly, I would avoid her AND Burgan at ALL COSTS. Honestly so dissatisfied

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Tibathea Matheny it was back in January 2021 when we sold my mothers house. The height of the pandemic and she did everything she could,she was wonderful I would definitely work with her again. Great job Tibathea and thank you.

Experiencia negativa: I worked with the realtor Kathy Szmaj to sell our home. Kathy was present on the day of our inspection with a potential buyer. She told the inspector that she thought my husband and I lied about the age of our roof. It was recorded on our security cameras which were properly disclosed. He did not appear to examine the roof further and used her estimate on the inspection report. We thought her representation was highly unethical. She was hired to represent us! She called us liars to an inspector and possibly within earshot of a potential buyer. The buyer walked away from the sale the next day. I do not know if it was from her comments or another reason. Though, I'm sure the comments did not help. I only wonder what else she said when she was not recorded on camera. We had to terminate the contract because of the poor representation. Obviously, I would not recommend her!
