Experiencia negativa: I would be extremely weary of dealing with anyone from this office. They will flat out lie about the details of real estate transactions if they believe they can pin you into a corner to strong arm negotiate you into a deal. At this point I would not trust anyone with a Century21 logo attached to their name. I honestly do not even want to purchase a house at all after dealing with the nonsense from them on the seller side. It has been a prolonged nightmare of underhanded deception after deception. They knowingly overpriced a house with a previous lender appraisal and then tried to force me to cover a $3000 gap. They never disclosed the appraisal until my lender got copies. They said they made requested repairs and a month later handed me estimates for the repairs. I mean this sh*t has me speechless. Then they threatened my earnest deposit which I find ironic because these folks have been anything but earnest. I am over here trying to pack up my life to move from one location to another. Preparing for something that should bring a person joy. These people are wasting entire days of my time over details that were negotiated already in writing. That is not an exaggeration, ENTIRE DAYS with dozens of telephone calls. Save yourself the grief and stress. I would walk and find another house with another realtor attached to the sale.

Experiencia negativa: one star. horrible experience. tiffany showed no signs of respect or professionalism in her workspace, and left me feeling unsatisfied with her work. i ended up having to contact another realty company, of which i was left feeling very pleased with. i would definitely not recommend this company. absolutely awful service, and i will not be using century 21 again.

Experiencia fantástica: I reached out to Allison Lepsesty about 4 days ago showing interest in a home as a first time home buyer. Within that 4 days she has set up a tour for us to view asap sent offer letters and gave me the most support! Allison has answered my calls and emails at all hours with educated responses to every question I have had. Her communication skills and knowledge speaks for itself. I did not know the first step in buying when reaching out but after 4 days of communication with her I know step by step what to expect in each stage of buying. Wether this worked out for my husband and I or not I would HIGHLY recommend Allison over and over again for going above and beyond and being overall so caring , encouraging and motivated! Century 21 is lucky to have her!

Experiencia negativa: My agent was William B.. This agent lied to me repeatedly about me not being able to get things repaired (roof). Said he wouldn’t share my inspection report with other agent because I paid for it (he shared it). Told me I should be Grateful that I’m getting extra that the seller didn’t take out the house. Electrical inspection done $5000 + to repair and was told that only $500 by agent for just a fuse box that’s incorrectly hooked up. The list goes on and on. Now they took William off my case and gave me Ted (the bully). Finally got in writing that the roof and electrical work will be done and Ted pops up and things are scratched out and hand written changes. $5000 off the house and take it as is. I have proof of everything. Text, emails and documents. Sounds like I should get legal advice. Later this day Ted happened to be very helpful at getting things done and the deal made. Soon I may be a home owner.
