Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience. Everyone at Ramona was great to work with but would like to give a big shout out to Stephanie. She was extremely helpful and accommodating from my first viewing of the home to the application process and ultimately through lease signing, picking up keys and initial inspections. She continuously updated me on the status of the process and was extremely professional and personable. While no fault of Stephanie (and she worked with me to accommodate the travel distance and my work schedule) I would suggest that Ramona Property Manager's re-visit some of their outdated procedures. For example, the applicant should have the ability to pay the $50 application fee on-line- or electronically over the phone. I would even go further and suggest that the company look at allowing the deposit and first month rent to be paid on-line as well through the tenant portal. The portal provides the opportunity to pay all future rental payments on-line. Why not the deposit and the first month? The cost and hassle for a tenant to get a certified check seems crazy when electronic payments are just as good, if not better (and faster). On a different subject, I would like to commend the entire Ramona Property Manager Team for their quick responses, follow up and resolution to property questions and maintenance items. I was very impressed. All in all, a great experience for a stressful situation - moving. Thanks to all.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to start off by saying thank you to RPM for being super professional, informational, interpersonal, and communicative throughout our entire process – from our initial inquiry, application process, and finalizing our lease. I want to especially recognize Stephanie Cano for the outstanding professionalism, care, organization, and diligence she provided while interacting with us. As a young family trying to find independence and our own place to call home, we were fortunate enough to come across their listing. Upon moving in, I could say that the management team are real professionals when it comes to the job that they do. Everything from maintenance requests to paying rent has been made simple and super accessible to their tenants. In addition, their staff members are very accessible to you during operating hours which is very comforting. By far the best professional experience I’ve ever encountered, Stephanie specifically made us feel like we had an equal opportunity as all other applicants. If you are prepared and diligent with your documents, the application process is fairly simple. My only suggestion to give is that I hope one day RPM can utilize the Zillow credit building program so that their tenants can build credit as they pay rent. Otherwise, I only have good things to say about this management team and their properties. Thank you again RPM, for helping me and my family find a place to call home.

Like a lot of people in the market, we were beginning to feel like nothing more than a number value on a renter’s application. We felt drained and discouraged. That is until we met with Ramona Property Managers. From the very beginning, Ramona Property Managers treated us like real people. We weren’t just objective numbers on a piece of paper. We were a family who was looking for an opportunity to grow. They spoke to us with respect; They shook my five-year old’s hand; They went to bat for us. We still had to jump through some hoops because the nature of my boyfriend’s work is so unique, but Ramona Property Managers gave us hoops to jump through. They gave us a chance. Throughout our application process Corinna, Ken, and Stephanie were prompt, direct, and helpful. They made us feel like real people, and we couldn’t be happier with our new place and such wonderful service.

Experiencia fantástica: Ramona Property Managers and Kenneth Ferreira and staff are highly recommended by Turchetta Properties. We used RPM from 2015 until Oct 2019. This team was excellent throughout the years and fixed any issue that came up very quickly. An example: We had a gas line break and this team fixed it immediately in the middle of the night. This team remodeled houses, at or under budget. This team is an excellent liaison between ownership and tenants. Never had any issues. Anything that came up, like standard maintenance issues, was fixed immediately. Unfortunately, we had to move out of CA and into another state. I would take this team with me if I could. We used RPM from 2015 to Oct 2019. A 5 star, excellent service, Management company. My name is Mark Turchetto and I highly recommend Kenneth and his team. They get things done.

Experiencia negativa: I love the listing Ramona Property has to offer, but out of the 5-6 listing I've tried to contact I've never gotten any response. I get the same "Thanks for calling Rently" message and that is where all my inquires have halted. I've downloaded and applied to the Rently website and app that Ramona Property uses for their listing. The website refers me to the property phone number which leads me back to the "Thanks for calling Rently" message. It's a head to navigate and frustrating as a future tenant. Now when I see a listing that reads Ramona Property I have to disregard and move on knowing that I would not be able to get in contact with anyone. If a rep from Ramona would love to prove me wrong and get in contact with me regarding listings in the El Monte area I am more than willing to give Ramona Property another try.

Experiencia negativa: I came to return an application. First the lady Karina who sits at the front desk is very unprofessional. Her body language consist of eye rolling and frowning. When you deal with the public you are supposed to be friendly and help people with their needs not roll your eyes and look as if you are disgusted with their presence. I also noticed that they are racist. They don’t have any African American tenants. I thought Latinos loved black people. I guess I was wrong, it’s unfortunate. I wish racism didn’t exist but it obviously still lives at RAMONA PROPERTY in Elmonte Ca. They are not considerate nor are they professional.

They are professional, thorough, respectful, personable, and very responsive. My maintenance requests are handled promptly. Our home is wonderful, and RPM is just our style. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Great preparations when moving in but there has been a lot of miscommunication between the office and maintenance. First day I moved in, Kenneth made sure my apartment was clean and everything was properly working thoroughly, very nice guy. Once inspection was done, he asked for reparations in the bathroom and took a little over a week to get it fixed, but nothing that needed immediate attention. At he moment my sink in the kitchen and bathroom are clogged. Office responded immediately but plumber is still MIA. I can only suggest that RPM should have their own maintenance crew. Experiencia negativa: All you have to do at your office or via phone is install a computer to ask two simple question and one answer "what is your annual income?" And "how many people?" And answer "you not approve", and give no more options, no more help just say "BAY" . It is the form your human secretary works, instead to help me to find the best place she only look at me with grumpy face.

Experiencia negativa: Beware. Terrible company. They will throw you out on the street for no reason at all. Even if you pay on time every month. Horrible management.

Experiencia negativa: Thrush company. You should to change ur worker over there. They don't know how to open mouth to talk nice to customer. Don't know only collect money from custmer, but they don't know how to me real estate agency. Don't know how to talk to costumer and explain to customer. And u shloud to have phone number for customer to complain about ur worker.
