Experiencia fantástica: I live out of the area, and when my mom passed away, I was left with her 965 sq. ft. townhome to sell. I spent a lot of time scouring real estate listings to find a realtor who truly knew the area, could handle a smaller property like this, and had a style I trusted. From her online presence, Jodi stood out: she represented everything from multi-million-dollar homes to land parcels to more modest townhomes. When I called her, she answered immediately, unlike many agents who never picked up or took days to respond. Within the first minute of speaking with her, I knew she was the right choice. I told her I’d interview others, but I didn’t. She was it. Before we even signed a contract, Jodi got to work. I was navigating a revocable trust and renters in the property, and she carefully guided me through every step: vacating the home, preparing paperwork, and ensuring escrow and title were squared away in advance. Selling this home turned out to be far more challenging than expected. The HOA’s weak financial position caused two escrows to fall through. Jodi never wavered. She was responsive, strategic, and even helped guide me, as temporary HOA president, to make improvements benefiting both the sale and the community. She met inspectors personally, had reliable contacts for unexpected repairs, fronted the cost for many of them, and let me reimburse her during escrow. For such a modestly priced home, this sale demanded extraordinary effort. Yet Jodi treated me like a client with a $6M property. Finding a home can be such a stressful and long process, however Jodi was wonderful all the way. She was quick with finding potential homes, available weekend after weekend to show us to them, and most importantly she never pressured us into making decisions. She always emphasized that at the end of the day, we needed to find something right for us, something we loved. With her expertise and guidance we found the most amazing home and are so happy. Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience! Selling a home can be difficult, and Jodi made it so easy. My sister and I were selling my mom's house as she had moved to assisted living. During the transaction time, I was on vacation out of the state. Using Docusign, Jodi sent me all paperwork which I was then able to sign remotely and return to her. She kept us informed every step of the way. Her negotiations was superb and professional. We received more than the asking price. The few items that needed to be taken care of, i.e. home inspection for warranty, installation of new smoke monitors and such, Jodi handled for us personally.
